Let's go through the pros and cons of this hotel. PROS: - The pools: A wide range of pools for children and adults alike. There are 4 pools with the beach on the back, which equals to a lot of space for a lot of people. - Food: The food range is very high - you can get pretty much anything turkish to eat. Some are quite tasty, yet most of them are just bland. More on that in the cons. - Drinks: Wide range of different coffees, drinks and cocktails are available in almost every bar. They're quite tasty as well. - Hotel rooms: Clean, taken care of and very well ventilated rooms with a lot of bed space and a really nice TV. - Stage attractions: Very talented dancers go on the stage to entertain your eyes. Sometimes it involves fire and hanging stuff which gives it that wow factor. - Bazaar next to the hotel: Except for the typical Turkish dealers of goods and such, we stopped by a shop to get a couple cigarettes for myself. Each pack cost 3€. More on that in the cons. - Smoking areas: There are a lot of cigarette ashtrays around which is good if you're a smoker like me. - Toilets: The toilets are around every corner. Just be careful not to lose your wi-fi while you're there. More on that later in the cons. - Lobby: The lobby is absolutely beautiful, but you're kind of required to know English, otherwise you won't get far. Other than that, this part is the most pretty part of the hotel. Very nice furniture and the elevators are quick and reliable. -A La Carte restaurants: Those were so tasty. The Italian one had so much variety and the food was extremely tasty. The Turkish one was also amazing. I cannot stress it enough - you better get a reservation a day before there. We move on to the... CONS: - Food: As mentioned, the food tastes bland and mostly the same no matter what you get. It doesn't matter if it's bread or meat, everything tastes the same. The food is rather cold as well. Bread is rock hard and the pizza bread there is really hard as well. - Personnel: A bartender with a colorful T-shirt decided to hit up on my wife through Instagram while trying to make a friendly encounter to take pictures. He deleted the conversations as soon as my wife rejected the guy. - Music: The music is a literal 15-song playlist that keeps on playing on repeat. Nothing new, nothing less. It's all the same. - Cigarette prices in the hotel: The cigarettes on the bazaar cost 3€, like I mentioned. The hotel cigarettes cost 5€ in the hotel - more than half a pack in Germany. Crazy stuff. - Spa: Good lord, the amount of times I heard the spa guy offer me a deal and show around the spa was uncountable. He angered me so much that we decided to only give back the towels on the last day and let them dry in the sun in our own apartment. - Forced reviews: There's a guy walking around asking for hotel reviews and he's making sure you vote the best and all the stars there are. You have no freedom of speech. - Surrounding areas: Full of trash. Seriously, this place is a mess. Get yourself a hotel in Side if you like to walk around the city. For a geocaching member like me and my wife, the closest one you got is "Aspendos", which takes 60€ to travel there plus a 15€ entry fee. You can't go in without a tour guide (we luckily managed to sneak in without one for the cost of our driver's kindness.) - Wi-Fi Problems: Each and every corner you walk into and elevator you go down on, you get disconnected and you're forced to put six lines of information about you just to get into the internet, EVERY single time. They should change to password protection to stop accessing the internal network beforehand. - Paragliding: The prices are OUTRAGEOUS. 170€ for two people for 5 minutes. I understand that it's a partner of the hotel, but it's still on the hotel grounds, so... it counts. Overall, balancing out the cons with the pros and everything else that I have not mentioned, this hotel gets a 7.5 / 10. It's really nice and big, but there is still a lot of room left for improvement.

All in all it was a relaxing vacation with great food and lots of it, many areas where you could find something to eat - sushi area was very crowded every night, decent staff and great outdoor activities. Some small inconveniences are below Had one week stay in September at this hotel, room 9001. We have paid for a lad view room, the one we received was good overall, BUT... it was on the ground floor, just above the restaurant terrace where breakfast and dinner were served - building G if I remember. I am aiming to be a very decent visitor wherever I go during my vacations (as compared to others..) and I always hope for a quiet room to get the deserved rest, unfortunately it wasn't the case because of the room's position. Also being in the ground floor the noise from the guests at any hour it was disturbing: it is a big hall until the elevator and they were passing just in front of our room to get to it. I would strongly advise to remove the sofas from the main floor in all the buildings as they encourage people to stay there and to make noise when there are rooms located there. The most disturbing thing was the cleaning: awful! The worst I have ever encountered, building G, rooms 9001 onwards. One evening when we returned in the room I noticed we were left with no shower gel and only one toilet paper (no spares). Despite asking 3 times that day to the reception, we haven't received it. By the morning the paper was nearly finished so I had to exit the room to take one by myself before cleaning arrived. When I encountered the cleaning lady and asked also for shower gel she said: "finished". What??? in the end later that day we were finally provided with 3 bottles. She was messing every day with the pillows, not leaving them as we were using them and in the bathroom there was hair left near the sink and on the floor. In the last day we noticed we were provided with only 2 towels instead of 3 (we were 3 and all days we had 3 shower towels, but not this time). About the towels as I was reading in a comment they are snow-white fluffy ones, well, that was not the case for our room. Please, have that young lady retrained as she really needs it! Towels for the pool maybe they need to be revised as well next year. Kids area outside need to be redone - see a photo attached. Wi-fi was not great near the pool neither in the amphitheater where people were gathering in the evening. One Thursday, when the concept party was organized, people brought chairs on their own putting themselves just in front of the stage and in front of the others who were there early. One lady broke a glass because she was pissed and her gesture nearly injured the kids who were dancing in front of the stage. The concept was good thought, but poorly organized - visitors are not always well mannered! Staff is paying attention overall, Sermat (?) (the one with Harry Potter glasses who serves outside during breakfast) is very polite, but in the evening the guy who apparently runs the terrace is quite condescending - I had to ask for a tea 2 or 3 times and also the plates were left on the table for quite long. I would also advice to set some rules in place for the ones leaving their towels in the morning reserving sunbeds; this practice became annoying and someone who wants to use a sunbed for a few hours cannot because of this practice - last year in a hotel in Bulgaria the staff was taking the towels and was leaving a note on the table.

We have been to Turkey over 5 times and have been to a number of different resorts. Kirman Belazur easily has the best food at an all inclusive resort out of all that we've visited. This includes resorts we've visited in Dubai, Malaysia and Mauritius! The Angel buffet restaurant is simply incredible. Excellent starters including houmous, Ezme, breads, salads, fantastic grilled meats, fresh grilled fish and chicken at every meal. Sometimes burritos and beef burgers too! Breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh. We picked this restaurant because reviewers loved the food and it really was fantastic. The lunch time waffle and ice cream, Gozleme, food court with burgers, Tantuni and doner, it was all excellent. Now the staff were second to none. Nuriye from guest relations and sorted the one tiny issue we had straight away. Ozlem was also great, polite and took feedback on to improve and already near perfect experience. Rooms were great, clean, decently sized and have everything you need. The cleaners provide a great daily service even refreshing the mini bar for free. The pools were clean, lovely and refreshing. The hotel is beautiful. Activities throughout the day and into the evening. Excellent choice and range of activities for children with an area dedicated for them and their own shows in the evening! Compliments to the hotel for maintaining an absolutely incredible service when they were fully booked with over 2000 guests. The guests were super polite. Very few English speaking guests but almost all the staff speak English. Burkay at the front of the hotel was helpful in finding us a place to pray, storing luggage safely and offered an excellent service. We visited the on site Spa that was absolutely incredible. Omer and Marco were at the front and helped us choose the right treatments for a fair price. They were welcoming and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We received massages from Pita and Stariy both excellent professional masseuses that provided brilliant massages. Overall the best resort I've ever been to. My family agreed. We will almost certainly be back.

We stayed in the Kirman Belazur Resort & Spa from 28.06 to 05.07. As a family who travels very often and has visited Turkey's most luxurious hotels a lot of times every evening, we were talking about the things that we noticed as pros and cons of this hotel. I hope that this email will help the hotel to improve and notice the employees that are memorable.

First of all, I would like to highlight that this hotel really stands out in food and the staff. The food was amazing and very well thought out. Special thanks for the special chef's meal that was prepared every evening. One thing that I would recommend improving is Angel's kitchen outside the food hall. It was a very sad experience. You should find a person who can decorate and make the place way nicer.

From the activities, tourists really enjoyed the animation team and the organization of activities. This was the best animation team we have ever encountered! You are definitely better than various Delphin and Gural hotels.

We would like to advise you to improve the bars, unfortunately, the experience was not as a 5-star hotel should be. Yes, indeed, you are serving EU alcohol and trying to keep the level up. The beach bar was one of the worst bars we have seen in hotels, we had to drop out every single cocktail that was made there (especially mojitos were very bad, you even have the cocktail menu with all the ingredients near it, but the bartenders don't understand how to make any cocktails - bartenders should not compete in who makes the cocktail faster but it really seemed like that in this hotel). The lobby bar and bar in the swimming pool were serving the EU alcohol but it seemed very sad to see that the bottle was being hidden under the table and in the lobby bar, there was the main manager who was sending the people to sit down so they do not see what alcohol is being poured into glasses.

Once again special thanks to the staff member of the animation team, the kitchen team, and the room cleaner lady on the 4th floor. Very professional work, every single day we received an honest smile and "good morning". We really appreciated this lady, as sometimes the staff in the dark proves the level of a 5-star level.

The hotel had 1500 people staying there at the moment, I would say that it was a little bit too much, but of course, the hotel has to earn money, and it is completely understandable. The territory is not big. So use the old amphitheater space for some alternatives. It is taking the space that could be used for something more useful. The TOP 1 country was Germany with 350 people, and the TOP 2 was Kazahstan. There were only 146 Russians at the moment.

Additional thanks to the guys with roller skates, they were very professional and noticed details about the tourists.

So the summary - the hotel's staff and food are excellent. Bad experience at the bars, unprofessional bartenders and they were hiding the alcohol, it would be better to not serve it at all than do it like this. If you serve then do it with honour. Improve the bars, do some renovations and put some interesting design things in them. If you are looking for what to improve for the future, build a new pier, you have a very good example that goes from the red hotel on the right side (3 hotels further). The quality is way better and an amazing architectural job.

Also, I have to mention the lifeguard who saved an old guy who was drowning, great work. Seeing that you can feel safe with children in this hotel.

Thanks to these staff members: Tarik Tasar (Best animator) Dogukan ÇAKIR (Fantastic work) Bugra gundebahar (Perfect personal attitude) The room cleaning lady on the 4th floor. 7407 & 7408

Remember: Improve the beach bar, that was the worst experience. If you have resources, rebuild the Pier. Use the space of the old amphitheater. Upgrade Angel's restaurant outside food hall. Either you serve EU/US alcohol with honour or do not serve it at all.

Kind...

I, my wife and my 6 yo son chose to have our vacation at Kirman Belazur this year.

We have discovered that this place is magical as we stepped in. The front desk was very helpful to get us a room for our like, thank you Mr Gökhan. Ms Özlem at the Guest Relations have always been courteous, easy to approach and kind to help us out.

First time we had a chance to try Ottoman sherbet, which is served in the lobby as guests come in.

The food variety in the Main Restaurant is awesome. Some of the dishes are a little bit salty for our taste but fresh and tasty. Fish, Grill, Turkish cousine, salads, asian stir fry and many others to taste are all delicious at lunch and dinner time. Each time there might be a different dish to find as a surprise as we discovered. Breakfast offers many choices to choose from. Turkish tea in a traditional glass and ate will be ready for you to pick up.

Breakfast smoothies are made to order by the "smoothie queen" lady and are delicious and highly recommended.

The private beach is decent with sun shades, long beach chairs, towels and showers have been one of our favorite. yet there are no beach activities due to active carettas on the beach during the season. In fact, when we we were there, we were told that they had already laid eggs on the beach and those spots were protected and marked as appropriately. Beach volleyball for all ages are offered twice a day morning and afternoon.

Water slides are enough to provide enjoyment to people all ages.

I must say that the Kids club is a life saver. The staff will greet you as you get in and will help you all the way. Both Ms Humay and Esra have been very helpful whenever we were there. This is a place where kids meet each other to play together hours and hours and when you need to leave your kid for a peaceful time on your own. Their playground is very well designed and there are plenty of toys, legos to attract kids of all ages. There is an even a small movie theater for kids who would watch movies together, and possibly sleep through.
