5 stars to the Hotel||1. As it is clean and well maintained. ||2. Food is excellent at all eating locations. ||3. Staff are beautiful, will go out of their way to help you. ||4. Entertainment was good. (However - we were not given a programme or on any noticeboard of up and coming acts/events)||5. Pussy cats that the hotel go out of their way to look after, are adorable, especially the kittens.||6. Swimming pool, everyone was in it, as it was not cold - A good walk or swim round, as it is not deep. ||7. Aqua sports, Yoga, and exercise classes always on. ||8. Gym was excellent, but not open at the times that would fit out schedule which is before breakfast. It should open at 6am, not 9am.|| 9. Shops onsite are well stocked, however, the food shop, items are not priced, and we were charged £15 for 2 pks of pringles, which is very expensive. Theres also a hairdressers, doctor and spa onsite.||10. Theres a Coffee and cake bar on site, which is beautiful, but there is a miserable member of staff on there from time to time, just ignore her. ||11. I bought a beautiful bag from the bag shop, which all items are priced, as is the clothes shop.||12. The gent who sells the sunglasses, absolute lovely guy - always says hello and smiles, has a wit as well.! ||13. Also the Turkish shoe polisher, lovely guy. ||14. The lady who cooked the local pide pitta bread by the pool cafe, OMDs delish!||15. The pool cafe serve burgers, chicken kebabs, fish and chips, saleds etc etc - and is beautiful.||17.Lounge bar staff - adorable 'darlings'.||Lounge bar staff were very funny, sorry we missed you on the day of us leaving, else we would have tipped you.||18.Beach is beautiful, but stones, so take some beach shoes with you.||Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and beach.||19. The pool is constantly cleaned and side pot bins emptied regular.||||So, here's the critical points, and not the hotel or staffs faults, as Tui have just taken over.||The hotel is on the beach which is fantastic, however, there is nothing in the area to venture close by, the roads and infractstructure is dreadful and barren. Also noisey at times, but most noise is from the other hotels after 12pm. ||The majority of guest are from Germany, only a few Brits we came across.||There was lovely French we spoke to, and Polish. The local Turkish guest are helpful and funny. ||The hotel consist of old and young, and some oldies were just dam right rude and arrogant, also putting their towels on the beds as early as 6am, and the towels are not moved. Ive wittnessed this from a certain clientele since 1980, and the never change! Maybe the hotel should stick by their policy and remove all towels from the beds before 8am, as it became unfair for a lot of guest as they could not get a bed.||||The sun beds are old and need replacing.||||Not the hotels fault, but needs to be mentioned, as they do need to act with clientele of this nature, and very quickly. Unfortunately, there was an incident, and the manager defused the German lady's attitude, who was quite arrogant towards me, and later I found out she was to others as well. Basically, a lovely evening, 2 days into our hols, I'm sat at the bar, on a stool, no handbags, drinking classes, all stools are empty, as I always check, a habbit/manner you are taught, and this German woman comes up behind me, speaks in my ear, standing right agains me, and states I'm sat on her chair, get off it now! And she was trying to push me off the chair. Needless to say I was shocked, but being a proffessional oldie .... I just said, I dont think so! and I just told the barmaid and she brought the manager across, and sure enough he defused the situation to a tee. However, he asked me to move to the other side of the bar to avoid more conflict, which really, she should have been asked to leave by security. Apparently, I was informed afterwards that she had done it to others. One lady, she got aggressive with.||||Would I come again, no, as there is nothing in surrounding areas, shame really, as the staff are best, as is the food, and Im a fussy eater when it comes to taste! ||If the surrounding areas infractructure became accessible and more in the area to venture, and I am still alive, then, of course, at a drop of a hat I...
