The location is ok. Nearby there is a bus stop with which you can drive to Goreme and the center of Uchisar. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The sink was a bit small to put things down, but everything was nicely decorated. Only the walls are a bit too thin so you could hear everything. The breakfast is delicious even if the dining room is a bit small. Some things I didn't like were on the one hand the time of breakfast. from 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. 9.00a.m.!! serious? I'm in Cappadocia and want to explore the area and would actually leave at 9:00am at the latest. In no other hotel in the world did I have breakfast that didn't start until 9:00a.m. Since everything is so expensive in Cappadocia, we naturally had to wait for breakfast and were only able to start the day at 10:00a.m. The ladies who prepare the breakfast are very friendly but when the lady was alone one morning and the young girl was probably free, she was visibly annoyed that she had to hndle the breakfast alone. As a guest, I don't think it's nice to have to feel something like that. She didn't say anything, of course, but you could feel that. The second big minus point is the constant smoking in this dining room, which also serves as a common room. Turks just smoke everywhere, but smoking in a hotel's closed room is just not possible. The smokers were mostly the owner and the staff of the hotel. We always walked past and sat outside rather than walking into the smoke-stinking room. That was very uncomfortable. The last minus point is the constant asking for good ratings. Not once, twice, four times. Just constantly and by everyone. That's so annoying. I couldn't hear that anymore. I'm just now rating to tell that it's annoying to the guests when you're constantly asked about it. This is very unprofessional. You can say it once at checkout....

I wholeheartedly give Moonlight of Cappadocia a 5-star rating. Our Cappadocia trip exceeded our expectations, mainly due to the incredible attention we received. The hotel's greatest asset is undeniably its staff; Hakan Bey and the entire team stand out with their sincerity and solution-oriented approach, which is rare in the region. They arranged all our tours and transfers reliably and at the best possible prices, which made our trip incredibly easy. The rooms were spotless, they truly prioritize cleanliness and hygiene. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying. The hotel is located in Üçhisar, away from the Göreme crowds, in a peaceful yet central spot. To clear up any lingering questions for potential guests: you can easily watch the hot air balloons from the communal terrace, but if you want to watch them from your room, you must explicitly request a high-floor room with a view when booking, as the ground-floor rooms may have limited views. Una persona meschina falsa disposto a dire qualsiasi cosa pur di incassare i soldi.si vanta di essere l’organizzatore di cene turche, di giri in mongolfiera, di tour a cavallo. Abbiamo chiesto di fare una cena turca con il ballo del Dervish. Il proprietario ci ha risposto che sarebbe stato possibile fare la cena turca con il Dervish che la cena sarebbe stata con bevande e cibo illimitati.sapete com’è andata a finire? La cena era composta di un solo piatto, riso, carne e patate. Il Dervish non si è neanche visto. Il costo è stato di circa 37 € a testa.soldi che mi auguro possano essere impiegati in Guttalax.al momento del pagamento avevamo chiesto di usare la carta visto che altri nostri amici presenti se in quella questura avevano utilizzato la carta c’è stato detto che era possibile utilizzare solo cash se non avessimo avuto i soldi, avremmo potuto prelevarli presso uno sportello e darglieli con contanti. mentre parlava alle sue spalle era presente il pos. Il perchè l'abbiamo scoperto al rientro!!! In realtà la struttura nonostante avessimo la cancellazione gratuita fino al 18 agosto ci hanno addebitato il costo della camera il 18 gennaio. L'abbiamo visto successivamente dall'estratto conto della carta di credito. Ovviamente da Gennaio ad Agosto avevamo rimosso di averlo pagato anche perchè sulla paigna di booking compariva il dettaglio "pagherete direttamente in struttura"! Ecco perchè ha insistito per il pagamento contanti nonostante avesse il pos alle spalle. in questa maniera gli era più semplice truffarci. Peccato che tra me e lui (il titolare disonesto) c'è stato un lungo scambio di whatsapp in cui lui metteva nero su bianco il fatto che io gli avessi dato i soldi cash. ora tutto è in mano a booking, che mi auguro mi rimborsi il non dovuto e chiarisca con il truffatore, perchè di questo si tratta, come abbia potuto addebitarmi a GENNAIO un pagamento che sarebbe dovuto passate ad AGOSTO!!!!

Ma le sorprese non finiscono qui. Avevamo espressamente chiesto a che ora fosse possibile fare colazione.c’è stato risposto che la colazione era possibile farla dalle sette alle 10. L’indomani ci presentiamo alle sette per fare la colazione ma magicamente l’orario è stato spostato dalle nove alle 11 . Peccato che noi siamo in moto, abbiamo diversi chilometri da fare siamo in viaggio e non potevamo permetterci di attendere l’orario delle nove. abbiamo cortesemente chiesto di anticipare la colazione almeno alle otto dopo circa 45 minuti di discussione siamo stati accontentati. Il giorno prima i nostri amici avevano fatto colazione alle ore 8:00. Altra cosa meravigliosa che c’è accaduto è stato che abbiamo prenotato la stanza circa dicembre 2024. Con prenotazione cancellabile fino al giorno 18 agosto.
