Fırın Express Uçhisar — Restaurant in Uçhisar Beldesi

Ok….. I had a late night hunkering for some pide as the hotel restaurant closed. Firin express delivered to our hotel at 11pm. I am unsure if the Firin Team speaks English or German, I had the receptionist at the hotel call and place the order for me as my ability to speak Turkish is less than 10 words. The 5 star rating is based upon price, speed of delivery, and most importantly…..the quality and taste of the food!!! It was delicious. It was a very nice night eating pide and watching the stars (something which I cannot see from my residence due to severe light pollution). I wanted to try this place for the pizza as not many places did pizzas and I am a fussy eater with lots of allergies. The cheese they use isn’t mozzarella like we’re used to so just be warned of that. We had a warm welcome and seated immediately. We sat outside and wow are those seats comfy! We didn’t want to leave! Honestly, not the best meal that we’ve had in Türkiye. The spinach pita was good but drippy and some parts soggy. The chicken pottery kebab was alright. It wasn’t as tasty as I had hoped. The salad had nothing in it flavor-wise but was better when paired with the chicken kebab. The service was ok. Generally, quick service but since we were sharing, some plates would’ve been useful.
