We had a wonderful stay at Sakli Konak. Special thanks to Shahir Navvabi for his kindness and professionalism—he made our visit smooth and memorable. He communicates well in several languages, including English, which made everything very easy for us. He also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport at the best possible price. Thanks also to Pembe, who kept the rooms very clean and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, and to AmirHan for his help during our stay.||The place itself is very quiet and peaceful, just a 2-minute walk from Uchisar Castle and about 5 minutes from the bus stop for easy access to Goreme and other towns. Breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.||Balloon watching is also possible—the main take-off area is just about 10 minutes away by bus, making it easy to experience this unforgettable sight. The staff can also help arrange taxis or other services if needed.||Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with warm...
Read moreAmong many options of hotels in Cappadocia it was a great success to stay here, the warmth of the place makes it unforgettable. The cave-like rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, they were already waiting for us with the room warm for the cold that it was.
The room was equipped with an electric boiler and they left us coffee, tea and cookies, these are small details that make you feel at home.
Every detail of the hotel was perfectly well located, I loved the tree in the garden full of hanging Turkish eyes, the room and the bathroom very clean and the attention of first level.
The breakfast was very delicious, abundant and healthy, we delight with the cheeses and every delicacy that is served at the table, it is incredible.
The hotel is located very close to the Uchisar castle and almost 5 km from Goreme there are buses that make this route every 30 minutes, Sakli Konak is an excellent place to stay and rest after enjoying to the fullest all that Cappadocia has, no doubt very...
Read moreI stayed here several years ago and it has been remodeled since then. The arrangement of the room is better. Things I like: every room is different and decorated differently, service is very helpful, small hotel with 6 rooms, restaurant on site, wifi is good now, conveniently located to walk to the castle and town (5-10 minutes). Things that could be better: not enough plugs (there was a light on my side of the bed but no way to plug it in, attention to details (headboard was attached to the wall but bed was off to the right as if they changed their mind), bathroom was clean but there was lime build up on the faucet. I have to say the breakfast is still the best non buffet breakfast i have ever had. Homemade jelly, several kinds of olives, cheeses and spreads, fresh bread, eggs cooked to order. The homemade poacha and other pastries. The table was covered and everything is delicious. They also have a coffee shop nearby. It is a very cozy place that I would definitely...
