This is a five star review and our stay at White Villas deserves it -- and more. Provo it has it all: gorgeous beaches, fair weather, great food, and even a casino or two. For those of us who like to cook as well as dine out, indulge in a private pool, private beach, and have a whole house instead of a hotel room, White Villas is the prefect choice. With only a handful of villas, White Villas provides an elegant, personal, private experience. At Villa III, two master suites located across the private pool made it a perfect choice for our party (two couples, no kids). We had a truly concierge style of experience -- none of that White Lotus status jockeying, no boring repetitive days of resort living -- it was like a home in paradise with access to all that Providenciales has to offer. White Villas provided white-glove car rental, SUP boards, quality snorkeling gear, a bocce court, and pristine landscaping. Our villa had an open floor-plan, designer kitchen (plus kitchenette in the second suite), marble bathrooms, a gas grill, solid Wi-Fi and all the luxuries you'd expect. About the area: Grace Bay Beach is the Copacabana of Provo, but largely a resort experience. There's a brand-new, surprisingly well-designed and -appointed Ritz-Carlton and an outstanding all-suites Seven Stars. These are the 5-star resorts that saw the legendary Grace Bay Beach and developed hotels as a place for the wealthy to frolic. White Villas, located on Long Bay on the windward side of the island, offers more than five star luxury: a dazzling private home in a paradise of pure relaxation on a quiet cove without another soul in sight. It's only minutes from the top-ranked Grace Bay Beach, but has a charm all its own. Add in a day pass at the Seven Stars, dinner at the Ritz's steakhouse and postprandial casino gambling and you'll have the best of all worlds. (The Ritz has a lively casino that paid out big time, on two occasions!) Last word: We even got to stay in our villa the whole day of our late-afternoon departure. That's an extra day of vacation! No hotel can compete with that and we're boundlessly thankful that we were so well-accommodated. Truly above and beyond! Can't recommend highly enough!

I wanted to wait a few days to post a review of our stay at White Villas, to make sure it really was what we thought it was, and not just the after glow of a great relaxing vacation. Well, our family of 5 are all still in agreement that this was the perfect place for our first visit to Turks and Caicos. White Villas was just as described on the website we poured over. The whole complex of ( currently ) 5 villas is immaculate, so pristine and tropical. The Villa we rented was just the right size for us, (two adults and three teenagers). Everyone had plenty of space to spread out but no so far away that we felty isolated from one another. The private pool was amazing! The indoor/outdoor living was something so far away from our norm, it felt very special. The breezes we got every day kept the villa a very comfortable temp even thought it was in the high 80's every day, with gorgeous blue skies!! The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the AC in the bedrooms kept us cool at night. White Villas is just off Long Beach, we LOVED it, it was so much quieter than the Grace Bay side of the island. We have had plenty of vacations with resort after resort and people everywhere. It was amazing to have so much beach right near the Villa without so many people, and hustle and bustle. But it was by no means deserted, my boys were able to rent jet skies right off the beach and head out into the crystal clear waters of Long Beach Bay. The Villa was in a great location for all we wanted to see and do. Nothing was more than a 10 min drive from the Villa, ( in the White Villa car that we picked up at the airport, definitely worth doing that if you plan to drive around!) The boat trip with Simon was the highlight of our trip, a must do if you visit. We missed the movie night with Max, but saw the tail end of it, what a fantastic set up. Overall, we would definitely recommend White Villas as a great place/location to stay while traveling to the TCI.

Hi all – first I want to apologise for my imperfect English! Unfortunately I am not a native speaker, but please be sure that our experience during our stay in the White Villas was really perfect. The architecture of the villa is fantastic and you have a nice view on the turquoise ocean. We loved the indoor – outdoor living which is highly supported by the architecture of the villa. One of the greatest advantages was the fact that we had from the beginning a direct contact to Simon and Pina (the owners of the villas). During our stay Simon was also on the island and he is a incredibly gracious host and so supportive in every aspect of our stay. At the first day he offered us a sightseeing tour and showed us all the highlights on the island. Beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, great view points and a lot more. He is so charming and we had a lot of fun when Simon was with us at dinner, our cocktail event and our barbecue. He also drove us to the canals with the SUP and picked us up and brought us back to the villa. Thanks a lot for all your efforts Simon, we really appreciated your fellowship during our stay at TCI. Even if everything in life can be better we highly recommend to visit TCI and book the White Villas for your stay. And we know what we are talking about. Because during our stay we were invited in the „Pearls of Long Bay“ and yes indeed this villas are at least one level above White Villas (really incredible), they have direct beach access, butlers, private chefs and a lot of more special services. But have a look in their price list and if you have about 10.000 $ left (per day!!) feel free to book these. But as I feel the price/value ratio of White Villas is by far much better! Simon we want to thank you for unforgettable days at Turks and Caicos and we wish you always the best for the upcoming time. I hope we will see us soon again.

We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples) who stayed at White Villa’s mid-April. Often, when booking a rental, you see the pictures a listing for a property online that looks beyond amazing, and then you get there and are disappointed to find out it’s not what you expected. We had the exact opposite experience at White Villa’s…the pictures, as gorgeous as they were, don’t even do it justice! We rented Villa #2, which had 2 bedrooms upstairs (both set up as King, and both with ensuite bathrooms) and a pool house/3rd king suite.

The villa was stocked with everything we needed for towels, toilet paper, pots/pans, and plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware. Both the indoor and outdoor furniture were in perfect condition. We spent a LOT of time trying to find where we could purchase the hanging “egg chair” they had on the patio, and there was often a rush to see who could be first to grab that chair as their hangout spot for the evening! Other than at night or when we would leave the property, the “garage doors” between the outside patio and the kitchen/living room were always open – we never felt the need to close them and turn on the downstairs A/C, and it was like one big open area to hang out in. Just fantastic!

The beds were comfortable, and the showers were lovely. All the rooms had plenty of space for each couple and were very clean. There is filtered water available in the kitchen, and there is an ice machine on property with bags you can fill to bring back to your villa.

The grounds are stunning and well kept. We took advantage of the pickleball courts one night and played bocci another night. The neighborhood feels safe and walkable – some of us took a walk one night down the street and met a very nice local gentleman we chatted with for quite a while. It was a short walk across the street from the Villa’s and down a path to Long Bay Beach. We enjoyed watching the kite boarders and it’s true you can walk out in the ocean SO far and it never gets deep! White Villa’s has a bunch of chairs set up, and a few paddleboards/kayaks for their guests use.

We rented one of the villa’s minivans and that made it very easy to get around the island to check out other beaches and many restaurants. Instructions were clear for both picking the van up at the airport and dropping it off at the airport. We also took advantage of the on-property chef on our last evening there, and had a wonderful meal served to us right on our patio. Delicious!

Both Simon (owner) and Tim (GM, I believe) were fantastic to deal with. Tim answered all my questions prior to the trip, and it was great to meet him in person while we were all at the beach. I know my husband and our friend enjoyed talking to him. Simon met us shortly after check-in and gave us a tour of the property and answered any questions we have.

The ONLY disappointing thing (other than leaving, of course!) was when we looked the price for the same villa for the same week next year (2025), next year’s price was a whopping 2.4 times higher than the price we paid this year – that’s a pretty substantial hike and has likely priced us out of being able to stay here again, sadly. Regardless, I still highly recommend White Villa’s as a great option when visiting...

We just returned from a 6 night stay at the White Villas - the service and villa were a top notch experience. Little long winded but I need to include all the great things about this place. They have an online app that is used to request and communicate during your stay. They are also available instantly using a chat feature online or phone call. Immediately upon arrival we were met by a member of staff who showed us the ins and outs of our villa along with the amenities of the complex. I was impressed with all of the items provided in our villa from beach towels to a nice cooler to use at the beach. Plenty of beach chairs along with an umbrella as well. Ice makers onsite and bags for ice to fill your cooler. Detergent for the dishwasher and washing machines. Plenty of pans to cook breakfast or dinner. We brought sunscreen and they had everything else. Completely different experience compared to the Florida beach rentals we normally visit. The open air concept in the main area of the villa was great - we never lowered the garage doors or turned on the ac as the trade winds provided ample cooling even during the hot summer days. White Villas is off the beaten path in a quiet area - you will need to rent a car to see the island and eat. Again they have thought of everything - we rented a mini van from White Villas direct that was waiting in the parking lot outside the airport. No rental lines or taking shuttles to a rental lot which was fantastic. Grocery store and Grace Bay area is a 7 minute easy drive. We purchased a 4 hour boat excursion through White Villas and our captain was Simon who is co-owner of the White Villas. He provided the best boat tour I could imagine. Upon arrival Simon ask what we wanted to do and see - no set agendas or places to go. We had no clue so he took us to many different sites to snorkel, visit sandbars, and tour some of the 40 islands that make up the Turks. The island is beautiful and we headed to many different beaches to snorkel thanks to Simon's suggestions. Simon also provided some great restaurant options which we sampled. Simon was eager to share his history and knowledge of the island - he seemed to really enjoy the conversation and what he was doing. Long Bay beach is about a 150 yard walk from the villas - we saw 2 other people at the beach the entire stay. Our villa was extremely private as well - our own pool was wonderful and we never really ran across other guests even while using the facilities. We played pickle ball, bocce ball, golf games, and used the gym while at the complex. Thanks to the staff at White Villas and Simon for making our families trip a wonderful experience - we...

Long review alert... If you want the quick answer then just book the villa; it's amazing. As an AirBnb super host who relies on reviews for my properties I am going to give details. We booked this trip with friends for spring break 2021. Together we are a group of 8. 4 adults and 4 teenagers aged 18, 17, 16, 15. My family was in villa 7 and our friends in villa 3. Everything was exactly as advertised. Simon, Pina and Max are amazing hosts. Our water cooler and grill propane were empty; it was fixed immediately. I didn't have an ironing board to press the boys' Easter shirts and Pina brought me one. Max hosted outdoor movies two nights for us. Please note that the villa we were in was very new and so they were still waiting for some of the shipments to the island. Anything we "didn't" have was not because of lack of oversight on the hosts' part. We loved everything about this vacation.

From a guest perspective: I recommend bringing your laundry detergent. This is not supplied. Tide pods are perfect. I did laundry daily. They supply dish soap and dishwasher tabs. I brought some anyway and used a few I brought because we primarily cooked at our villa for the group. You might want to bring Kleenex as that is not in the villa (my husband has allergies and they aren't bad on the island but Kleenex are still an essential for us.) I packed spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and Ziplock bags. This was clutch... especially since we caught a 100# wahoo on a Catchin' Caicos charter and brought 40# back to the US with us. I also packed some snacks, brownie mix, oil and vinegar. Their grocery shopping recommendations are spot on and Pina will steer you to the less expensive cash and places. When I return I'll also throw in a roll of paper towel because we blew through the stock they supply (although, I think if I asked they would just bring more. I didn't want to over step.) They supply soap, but you should bring your own shampoo/hair products. If you are in a villa with an outdoor shower you will love it!

Simon, Pina and Max are great hosts. They are on property and will make sure everything is taken care of. The beds are SO comfortable! (we're looking to order them for our properties.) We did not spend much time on the Long Bay beach side. We did some private tours, including one with Simon (our boys went with our friends while we grocery shopped). I am already trying to figure out when we can return! The little touches are perfect: lawn games like bocce and corn hole, bikes, chairs at the beach, coolers to take to the beach... These villas are amazing. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. You will not be...
