Terrible hotel photos do no reflect what I witnessed lounge area very dull restaurant very dark did not reflect a hotel restaurant room ok bathroom ok facilities kept clean by very hard working local staff. cup of coffee in 5.000 shilling daylight robbery. meat is not served as management are Hindu and therefore, cows are seen as gods. very dark corridors please have a torch with you if you return late at night. 2nd floor rooms were used by men who bring in ladies of the night, as I travelled as a single lady they automatically thought I was that way inclined Mattress protector was disgusting very dirty blood semen etc... slept in the chair that night demanded that my mattress be changed straight away which it was I also asked to be moved to the 1st floor. Please note that this hotel is not child friendly. manager took it upon himself to change the price of the breakfast so I stopped having breakfast. Please also remember to ask for a receipt for any food you purchased. and finally I checked out 2 weeks early. Please also be aware that it is very noisy due to a born again Christian church directly above the hotel and the hotel rents out a room to a born again Christian church...

I stayed at the hotel for a day and a half .Everything seemed ok ,very lovely staff, lovely food and the rooms were generally clean.||||The bad bits which i think are being ignored,i was in room 207,somebody posted about the water not draining quickly when bathing,yes i experienced that,the tv didn't work at all and definitely no remote on site,i asked for another towel as i had to use the other for preventing water spreading all over the room,it never came.The wardrobe had no hangers at all.||||So i understand some people enjoy staying there but i guess the main attraction is because of the staff who are so lovely and attentive but sometimes they fail to deliver not because of their fault but the management ignore concerns from customers.||||Nevertheless ,its a very lovely place,if you are comfortable using public transport into town ,the main road is just a short walk away about 300 meters maximum.The Wi-Fi was...

THE PLACE is big enough well built and always clean, the compound is also big enough to hold wedding receptions, private events etc. They have no swimming pool though.

THE SERVICES here are very fine, the food is nice, especially the break fast. The food prices here are a bit high compared to the place. Like I bought a Rolex here at 9k. 1chapati and 3 eggs, and chips and goat meat are 6k, very confusing. But the food is nice.

The hotel attendants are also generous and nice. Good communication.

THE PARKING space is enough to park your cars and well designed.

THE SECURITY is tight I forgot to lock my room open and left when I came back everything was as I left it. The gate keepers are also always alert.
