Do believe the ratings on the hotel booking websites. It’s not only that Bombo street is really noisy, there’s a night club right next door that’s basically open air, and there is no sound insulation whatsoever, so in effect it’s like you’re trying to sleep in a night club. I’m writing this review at 1:45 am and I’m seriously considering moving to another hotel here and now.||Also, there’s no WiFi. And no mosquito nets. The beds are about 30 years old, I would guess, and half the interior is broken. But hey, I do hope you don’t need that sort of details to stay clear...
