The hotel boasts of WIFI in all the rooms, conference halls, and even at the Rose Cafe. Speaking of dining, I was delighted to find that they offer a wide range of beverages, including well-made pineapple juice, dawa tea, and other cocktails. The highlight of my visit, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the general manager. Very conveniently located in Ntinda, cool area with very little noise but easily accessible Prossy received us very warmly and made sure we were well settled accommodating the small eccentricities of our team

Breakfast spread was good and filling but could do more to showcase Uganda's culture I stayed in the new wing. The single Rooms were compact with enough to keep you comfortable. Clean, comfortable and adequate for one with a busy schedule. I had a chance to view the double room which was quite spacious with a mini kitchenette and looked quite beautiful
