I liked it when we checked in though things were moving a little slow. We immediately flagged that there is no hot water and we were assured that they'd fix that by morning.|In the morning we were woken up by a phone call at 6am asking what we want for breakfast. That was a little invasive, but we have our order. When we went to shower, the water was cold, apparently someone had forgotten to switch the boiler on. We took a cold shower as we needed to leave for Jinja. When we went downstairs for breakfast, it was not ready. We were asked to wait a few minutes. Go for the upper floors with the mountain view... Affordable and homely. Not much professional with the poor internet around the reception. But people are good and helpful. You can have small breakfast in the mornings, be sure to ask them if you have any other choice. I never had a chance to had lunch because of rush during daytime. But had dinner once or twice. A platter of grilled chicken and potatoes were awesome and I want to enjoy it once again if I have another chance to visit again.
