Selfish Management and Terrible Experience
The owner of this place only cares about money and has no respect for customers. The internet is terrible. The receptionist, Melon, is always rude and unprofessional. She talks to guests like they are nothing, constantly argues about money, and doesn’t care about any problems guests face. Shockingly, been for long , been payed on time even though she clearly cannot manage the place properly. Overall, a very bad experience, and I will never stay there again
Thank you once again for hosting me. It was a great stay overall, and I truly appreciated the time I spent there. However, I would like to share some honest feedback about the end of my stay, as things became quite uncomfortable.
I tried to reach you several times by call and text, but I received no response. This was disappointing because I have always considered you like family and even recommended your place to many of my friends. When I fell sick, I felt ignored, and I was also asked for extra payment, which surprised me.
During my stay, I faced ongoing issues with the internet connection, which caused me to lose business opportunities. This problem was known for a long time, and I had even arranged to use my own internet. In my last two nights, there was no internet at all. Additionally: • Cleaning schedules were changed from Saturday to Friday without informing guests. • The kitchen plumbing was not working properly, and despite reporting it to reception, no action was taken.
I was surprised and saddened that after all of this, there was even mention of reporting me to the police upon checkout. I don’t believe this is the best way to manage business or customer relations.
On a positive note, I would like to thank Sharon and the new staff member. They were always polite, professional, and helpful.
