The location is perfect — very central and well-connected, even when relying on public transport. Carrefour and other essential amenities are all within close walking distance, which made daily life incredibly convenient.
A special shout-out to Raj and Akshay from the housekeeping team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and everything was spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication made a real difference, and I always came back to a clean and well-kept room.
I stayed at Millennium Atria for a month on a business trip, and while the property itself is comfortable, the reception staff left a lot to be desired. They were generally not warm or approachable, and I found them quite unhelpful when issues arose.
For instance, I had arranged for a healthy meal delivery service during my stay. The day staff initially assured me that deliveries could be brought up to the room. However, the night staff contradicted this, saying it wasn't allowed. The inconsistency was frustrating, and what was more disappointing was that no real effort was made to resolve the issue or offer a workable solution.
I didn’t mind collecting the food myself occasionally, but the lack of clarity and communication made managing my schedule unnecessarily difficult. A bit more coordination and a friendlier, more service-minded approach from the reception team would have made a big difference.
Overall, I highly recommend Millennium Atria for both short and extended stays in Dubai. Service can be brought up to standard but great location, and a housekeeping team that genuinely cares about...
Read moreOn September 6th at 1:05 PM, I had a very disappointing experience during check-in with the front desk staff member named Shaker. My name is Husain Husain, and I feel it is important to share what happened.
I gave him my passport — my name was already in the system and it matched 100%. On top of that, I showed him the hotel confirmation directly from my phone, which was valid, correct, and exactly the same as in the system. The booking was confirmed and fully paid.
Yet, to my surprise, he insisted: “Without a voucher, I cannot give you the room.” Honestly, this made no sense at all. What kind of logic is that? Did he expect me to open an app on my phone, create a fake “voucher” format, and hand it to him just to satisfy his request? This is not how a professional hotel should operate.
As the owner of a travel and tourism company for over 12 years, I know exactly how booking systems work. With a confirmed reservation, matching passport, and hotel confirmation, there is absolutely no reason to deny a guest their room.
I am very familiar with the Millennium Hotels brand and have stayed in your properties across many countries. I know the standards you are capable of, which is why this behavior was so shocking. My comment here is for your management team to closely monitor your staff. As a company, you already have the experience and reputation in how to deal with customers — what happened here is simply unacceptable and does not reflect...
Read moreI stayed at this hotel expecting a five star experience, but unfortunately, it was far from that. At check-in, I requested a non city view room for a quieter stay. The front desk staff refused, stating that since I booked through a promotion, I was not eligible to change the room type. I accepted that, but was very disappointed to be placed on the second floor, where the noise from the road was unbearable. Car horns and traffic sounds made it impossible to relax or sleep especially during the day.
The room windows are not soundproof at all, which is surprising for a so called five star hotel. In addition, the curtains do not block the sunlight properly, so the room gets flooded with light all the day!!!
The shower mixer was also a major issue it was very tight and hard to use, and I ended up hurting myself trying to turn it. This is a basic feature in any hotel room and should not be such a struggle, especially in a five star setting.
Most importantly, using a promotion shouldn’t mean I have to stay in an uncomfortable room!!. If the hotel claims to be five stars, then the service and comfort should reflect that regardless of how the booking was made. Sadly, I didn’t get any rest during my stay.
The only positive note is that the valet staff were really good— professional, polite, and very helpful. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the overall disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true...
