Burro Blanco (Business Bay) — Restaurant in Dubai

Dear burro blanco team,

I have just received the notification of your last update to the review comment, and i am here to apologize as after searching again, indeed the other restaurant doesnt show that its owned by you, given its an ai answer, it showed me its owned by you guys, and when searching for the other brand name on google maps it immediately opens your restaurant, and doesnt even only show it as a suggestion (try it yourself). I have went through your menu items and indeed couldnt find the same menu item and see no relation between both restaurants, therefore this is a public apology to all of burro blanco team - your reviews show great comments from other customers who have tried you and i surely will someday, I was taken away by the other restaurant’s quality and unfortunately believed google twice, and believed the first two things google showed me without double checking first - and your comment on ‘your high rated reviews is something the team works tirelessly to achieve” has truly made me feel guilty for not double checking, as someone who works tirelessly as well, i understand how important it is what customers think of a brand. Also, i promise i wasnt ignoring your comment but it did show me the notification pretty late on how upset you were and the wrong ai result i got - and your frustration is understandable.

I’ll be taking this forward directly with the food aggregator - and I suggest you highlight to google that your restaurant shows up the first thing and not only as a suggestion, but opens the google business profile when searched for the other badly rated restaurant - its reviews on the app were terrible too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burro Blanco in Dubai, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere, and it only got better from there.

I stayed at the Millennium atria business bay, i saw this restaurant next to it, had to give it a try. I’ll start with the staff, they are welcoming, polite, energetic people. And very helpful, 10/10 for them

The food is fresh, clean, tasty. They have a lot of options you can pick from. For me i love the custom bowl, you go into the restaurant pick a paper that has a check list and you make your own bowl, and if the staff sees you confused, they would help without even asking. The lady over there helped with my first order, came from behind the counter and helped me. It was a nice experience, the staff are just 10/10. They have the option to dine in, or take out and plus the option to sit outside in the fresh air. I went there 3 times already in my short stay at the hotel, convenient short walk from the hotel to the restaurant. Would highly recommend giving them a try when your around this area. And if I’m not mistaken they do have delivery through apps like deliveroo i guess, i always see...
