Yulia is absolutely an angel. She is warm welcoming and very professional. I am blessed to have such a nice lady for my skin treatments in Dubai. I had done micro needling , fire and ice facial and today we had face yoga. Ladies please don’t spend any where else except on face yoga. We all had no idea how beneficial it is for our skin. Yulia is a star for today’s treatment as always. I instantly can see the difference in my face. My skin was glowing , my jawline was obvious and my eye area was more enhanced with one treatment. Nobody gave me extra Durham to write this review. I am a very honest person and I really like their services, products and customer service is excellent. Marry at the reception is darling too.

I went to facette bar to get a customized facial. The aestheticians were very professional and friendly and knew what they were doing. The environment was clean and during these covid times, they checked my temperature at the door and gave me a plastic covering to wear over my shoes. The facial was relaxing. i gave this a 4 star because i would have loved to speak to my aesthetician after the facial to discuss what my skin needed next or at least to get a feel of what to be expected in the coming days but i think she had a client immediately after my appointment, so there was no time to have a chat. But other than that, no issues at all. I love this place and it helps that it is owned by a black woman so at least i'm sure they know how to take care of...

I got the appointment in first call and same day I asked them I need deep cleaning facial they said they will remove all but unfortunately the therapist did not do the same by saying that the time is less and force me to by pakeha in next facial she will do all cleaning so I both pakage with free feet massage after that I called 10 times to get my 2nd appointment they said they don’t have any slot In 3 months which was really unprofessional when I asked my money back they said ok come we will do facial when I went the facial was same and ordinary I will even not give even 1 star even for free feet massage they said they can’t do it now 😡😡 it was west of money and...
