Dear, As per phone conversation today re the above complaint please see attached copy of our Plane Ticket showing our arrival day 17/08/25 (Sunday) as we check-in same day in the Millennium Place (Mirdiff). I'm complaining as when me and my family check-in, the reception said that they don't have an available room as per my booking (see screenshot) and they said they will change our room the following day. I agreed with them because I have an appointment the next day and I cannot transfer to another hotel. Next day (Monday), I follow-up with them several times by phone as we need to transfer to the new room. But, to my dismay they just keep us waiting for nothing. The cleaning staff came and said we need to clear the room and we are forced to set our luggages outside and with no other option. Nobody assisted us with our luggages (not even a Trolley was given) and now my back is in pain because of this I cannot sit and walk. I asked to speak with the Manager and they said they don't have a Manager. But, while at the lobby 1 person approached us and said he is the Manager, after all the hassle and pain, he told us to go back to our room, he said they don't want to make any problem. But the room they are given is very far. To make the story short, they threw us out with our 3 kids and our luggages was left at the hotel entrance for 3 hours. As we went out and searched for another Hotel.

I was really disappointed with the service I got. When I asked for salt in my room, they said it was free. But nobody brought it to me. I had already finished my food by the time I realized they weren't going to bring it. ( Happened two days ago ) Then, we had breakfast today, tasted that the rice in the buffet area was spoiled. We told the staff, and they quickly replaced it. But it made me wonder if they check the food before serving it ( how come it’s spoiled???? ) - April 17, 2025 - Thursday, 9:05A AM After that, I asked them to bring an iron to my room. We were checking out soon, so I really needed it. But when they brought it, it was dirty. I was lucky I checked it before using it. I called them again and asked if they could bring a clean one. ( Today also ) I asked my roommate to open the door for the housekeeping staff so they could exchange the iron. But even after that, they didn't come right away. I had to call them again, and that's when they quickly brought a new iron. Already finished taking a bath still the iron is not being change. It feels like they don't prioritize requests unless you remind them or complain. I wish they would provide better service without me having to ask multiple times.

His energy kept the atmosphere upbeat and fun, and he made everyone feel like a VIP. at the gym, Majed stood out for his helpfulness and professionalism. He kept the gym spotless, ensured all equipment was working properly, and was always available for advice or guidance. He even offered a few personalized workout tips that really made a difference. His positive attitude and knowledge created a motivating and welcoming environment.

From the moment I arrived at Millennium Place Mirdif, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. This hotel is more than just a beautiful property — it’s the wonderful people who make it unforgettable.

At the breakfast restaurant, I was greeted daily by the warm smiles and impeccable service of Khin and Cynthia. Their kindness and attentiveness made every morning a joy. The delicious spread prepared by Chef Shifana was always fresh, flavorful, and made with care — a perfect start to each day.

Kausar and Tanveer from housekeeping truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and pride in their work made my room feel like a cozy retreat every day.

At the concierge desk, Mohammed was a true professional — always ready with helpful suggestions and a sincere eagerness to assist. He made navigating my plans in Dubai seamless and stress-free.

The pool area became a favorite spot, not only because of the relaxing atmosphere but also thanks to Yahya and Juma, whose friendly and welcoming nature brought a sense of warmth and ease to every visit.

Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to Andrea from guest services. Her grace, generosity, and genuine care stood out — she truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and made our stay...
