As per phone conversation today re the above complaint please see attached copy of our Plane Ticket showing our arrival day 17/08/25 (Sunday) as we check-in same day in the Millennium Place (Mirdiff).
I'm complaining as when me and my family check-in, the reception said that they don't have an available room as per my booking (see screenshot) and they said they will change our room the following day. I agreed with them because I have an appointment the next day and I cannot transfer to another hotel.
Next day (Monday), I follow-up with them several times by phone as we need to transfer to the new room. But, to my dismay they just keep us waiting for nothing. The cleaning staff came and said we need to clear the room and we are forced to set our luggages outside and with no other option. Nobody assisted us with our luggages (not even a Trolley was given) and now my back is in pain because of this I cannot sit and walk. I asked to speak with the Manager and they said they don't have a Manager. But, while at the lobby 1 person approached us and said he is the Manager, after all the hassle and pain, he told us to go back to our room, he said they don't want to make any problem. But the room they are given is very far.

The pool area became a favorite spot, not only because of the relaxing atmosphere but also thanks to Yahya and Juma, whose friendly and welcoming nature brought a sense of warmth and ease to every visit.

Read moreI was really disappointed with the service I got. When I asked for salt in my room, they said it was free. But nobody brought it to me. I had already finished my food by the time I realized they weren't going to bring it. ( Happened two days ago )
Then, we had breakfast today, tasted that the rice in the buffet area was spoiled. We told the staff, and they quickly replaced it. But it made me wonder if they check the food before serving it ( how come it’s spoiled???? ) - April 17, 2025 - Thursday, 9:05A AM
After that, I asked them to bring an iron to my room. We were checking out soon, so I really needed it. But when they brought it, it was dirty. I was lucky I checked it before using it. I called them again and asked if they could bring a clean one. ( Today also )
I asked my roommate to open the door for the housekeeping staff so they could exchange the iron. But even after that, they didn't come right away. I had to call them again, and that's when they quickly brought a new iron. Already finished taking a bath still the iron is not being change.
It feels like they don't prioritize requests unless you remind them or complain. I wish they would provide better service without me having to ask...
