Reception Team: Lady Kinan and Faisal

From the moment I arrived, Lady Kinan made a lasting impression with her warm and welcoming demeanor. She not only ensured a swift check-in process but also took the time to provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Her genuine enthusiasm for her role is evident and greatly enhanced my stay.

Faisal complemented this experience perfectly with his professionalism and attentiveness. He was always available to answer questions and offered assistance with a smile. His knowledge about the hotel amenities was impressive and made navigating my stay much easier. Together, Lady Kinan and Faisal created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that made me feel valued as a guest.

Cleaning Team: Ali and Garandar

I would also like to commend the cleaning team, particularly Ali and Garandar. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was always spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments, when we first entered the hotel, the Hotel only had awards of them in Dubai and not a single reward from Sharjah which concerned m for the start, and after we entered the rooms, they were very old and lacked Cleanliness, The reception keep calling constantly about paying for extension or when we will pay, and then we started finding Cockroaches everywhere, we told the staff and housekeeping they came applied some gel and left but it didn't stop Cockroaches kept coming everywhere, and the housekeeping did absolutely nothing about it we then checked the reviews and saw countless reviews of the similar experience we were facing, we told the reception and informed them about the other reviews, they started making excuses and lies and were very careless with the situation and a key factory the hotel has only 1 Very very small elevator and the trolley for the luggage does not fit so you have to carry everything by hand and if you want to go somewhere you will have to wait if not more than 5-10 mins overall terrible service rooms were disgusting, I had a terrible experience with your facilities expected...
