Premier Inn Chesterfield Town Centre hotel — Hotel in Chesterfield

Excellent stay me and my partner stayed here in December for nearly three weeks during tier three of the covid lockdown the hotel is in an excellent location right in the centre of chesterfield town so all shops easily accessible didn't have chance to try there food as the hotel restaurant was closed due to covid but we got takeaways and went shopping to the supermarkets to take good back to our hotel room. Can still smell the newness of the hotel rooms are always clean dust free and very comfortable staff are friendly very helpful and on hand twenty four hours day or night for any needs any of the hotel guests might have nice fluffy towels, clean bedding when ever you ask for it if you book more nights whilst your here you have the option of staying in the same room if you want to the staff make sure you can stay in the same room so you don't have to move all your luggage around to another room you can request housekeeping to clean your room whilst your out at work as if you stay more than two days they don't clean your room unless you ask due to covid they have to wait a few hours before been able to go into your room and you have to wait a few hours to go back into the room after. All staff are making sure all areas populated by guests such as door handles reception desks and stairway doors and elevator buttons are regularly cleaned with disinfectant and also the staff make sure they always have masks on and stay two metres away from you even tho there kiosks are currently not used for check in the check in and out process is still easy and fast. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Chesterfield Town Centre Premier Inn! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the front desk team, who made check-in smooth and easy. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The highlight of our experience was the wonderful staff. The managers were exceptionally attentive and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had and were always around with a friendly smile, making us feel right at home.

Food was top-notch! Breakfast was superbly prepared, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the quality was evident. For dinner, the meals were equally amazing, with each dish perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented.

This was our second stay at this hotel and the service and staff you will never fault. Spot on location for central exploration and easy to get to nearby attractions.

The rooms however have led me to review what is otherwise a value for money accommodation.

This stay we had what I felt was a fantastic room. Looked as though it would be fairly quiet and it was quite well maintained.

Trying to sleep through the night however was horrendous. The music that seemed to come from some sort of club didn't end. If anything it just got louder in the morning.

I was so tired when we left I didn't have the energy to discuss this with any of the staff and for that reason I will not say which room it is.

If, however, a full nights sleep is something you need when you are travelling then I strongly suggest you ask for a room on the second floor or request a quiet room. Please remember this may not always be possible, especially as we are in high season but the room that we were in were on the first floor and it was just too much disco for me.
