One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Luckily I didn’t have to pay for this else I’d have been fuming.
Firstly the rooms; very dusty, toilet doesn’t flush well or even at all sometimes, mirror looks broken and there are stains on the curtains and it’s very outdated.
Secondly the service; absolutely ridiculous, I had ordered food to the hotel due to not liking anything from their restaurant menu, I went to reception to ask for some plates as it was Chinese food. The woman brought out 2 very small what looked like teacup plates out (photo and hand for reference) and when I asked for something bigger she refused and said no they are for the restaurant??? Sorry is that a thing?? I have worked in hotels in the past and we never do things like that.
I laughed at the situation and she proceeded to say “you don’t have to be like that”. Maybe give me a real plate and I wouldn’t have found the situation so funny. My partner and I ended up having to just eat out of the containers the food came in rather than being able to plate it up.
Thirdly the parking; what the f?? Small car park round the back but nothing bigger than a mini can fit around there so both my vans had to park out the front meaning every morning we had to leave early between 0600 and 0730 we were blocked in by cars or people making deliveries.
I will never stay here again and I will ensure my workplace do not ever send...

We booked two separate rooms and were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a sea-facing room – the view was gorgeous, especially in the morning.||The hotel itself is a bit on the older side, but it has a cozy, welcoming feel. The staff, especially the ladies working during breakfast, were absolutely wonderful – super friendly and attentive. Speaking of breakfast, it was one of the highlights of our stay. It was included in our rate and made to order, which was such a nice touch. Everything was fresh and tasty – definitely a step up from the usual buffet setups.||Our room was clean and comfortable, and I have to mention the shower pressure – it was amazing! After a long day out, it was exactly what we needed.||The only downside is that the hotel is a bit of a walk or short bus ride away from Brighton’s city center, so it’s not the most central location if you’re planning to spend a lot of time downtown. But if you don’t mind that or prefer something a bit quieter with a lovely seafront location, it’s a great spot.||Would definitely recommend and would...
