The museum and cafe staff was responsive, kind and courteous. The Cafe is spacious, quiet and has a plenty of natural daylight; part of the museum's artefacts are there - along the walls. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious. The museum itself offers a small amount of exhibits, but there are beautiful and interesting things worth seeing. (And no entree fee.) An eclectic little museum with a half dozen somewhat-connected exhibits. The high point is the cinema history exhibit which is a must for everyone academically interested in film history, and the exhibit on Hove's history provides great insight into the different architectural eras influencing buildings around town. A lovely free museum. When I arrived it was my first visit and they had several weekends events on (Zine making and a Victorian lantern film show). This was a nice surprise and kept me entertained for a while! Child friendly and interactive exhibits. Free entry. Helpful staff. A newly opened cafe on the ground floor with an amazing array of cakes and savouries and great decor. Not the biggest museum but plenty to see with changing exhibits.

I went to the Hove Museum of Creativity and Art Gallery where I thoroughly enjoyed all of the art works and exhibitions on display. Afterwards I visited the ‘Rust Cafe’ which had wonderful cakes; drinks; food and pastries. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to family members and friends.

Nice little free museum with friendly staff. The weirdest museum I have ever visited. It seemed good for children but many parts were quite creepy. The natural history and cinema parts were very informative and fascinating. Might want to skip this one if you are not fond of old dolls.
