We’ve just arrived home after a stay at the Bryn Goleu. Wendy made us feel so welcome when we arrived on Monday afternoon. She gave us tips and guides of where to eat and places to visit. The location is perfect as you’re not in the midst of the hustle and bustle. A quiet setting surrounded by fields. Perfect for walking and taking in the breathtaking views. We stayed in the ‘Jade’ suite. Outside is the decked area, ideal to sit out on an evening. The room, spotlessly clean, big comfy bed and amazing on suite. Downstairs to the breakfast area, where you have a choice of cereal and a cracking home cooked breakfast. The views from the gardens are amazing. 10 minute walk to the sea front. Plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops and if you like a drink, less than £5 back in a cab! We’re definitely going back next year! Highly highly recommended. Thanks again Wendy and John for a lovely stay. See you in 2021.

Found Bryn Goleu on line lots of positive previous reviews so we booked for 4 nights. We stayed in the lovely Rosie room, with a balcony & lucky to have the Sun till late This diamond is away from the hustle & bustle of the busy Promenade. The location is amazing very peacefull & scenery is spectacular. John & Wendy were the perfect hosts. Full Veggie breakfast & cereal, juice, fresh fruit served each morning. About 15 mins up the hill there is a spectacular panoramic view, ask John he will be happy to take you there. If you are going out for dinner, both Wendy & John happy to drive you and pick you up. Overall *****5+ Stars.

Lovely little B&B tucked away in its own grounds up a big hill but only 10 minutes walk to seafront. Our king room looked put onto a decked area at the edge of a huge sloping lawn. Lovely sight to wake up to. Comfortable bed, tastefully renovated room and bathroom and well cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. We felt very spoilt.

We are repeat customers here at this wonderful place, in fact I’d say that Wendy and John are not just our hosts but now good friends. From the moment you arrive they cannot do enough for you.|We stay in the Spiral room and it literally does feel like coming ‘home’. The rooms are spotless, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in on a holiday, fabulous bathroom, lovely big sofas in the living room and smart tv with all the channels you could want if you are staying in. |Breakfast is made to order, nothing is too much trouble even for a fusspot like me on my diet! The best fruit salad I’ve ever had and am still unable to replicate at home! Followed by perfectly cooked poached eggs on wholemeal toast and pots of tea and coffee. |We wanted to eat out at an Italian restaurant, John and Wendy recommended one and even booked it for us, then drove us down into town to save us ordering a taxi. They always go the extra mile. |We stayed in the next night and ordered a takeaway to be delivered, John provided us with plates and cutlery and even cleared our rubbish away for us. Wendy gave us a jug of fresh milk for my cups of tea and asked us to let them know if we needed anything else or to just go and help ourselves for top ups. |Whilst we were there another guest had a medical emergency and Wendy, despite being ‘off the clock’ took them in her own car at 9pm and sat in the hospital until gone 2am with them when she was due to be up and out at 5:15 am with her daughter for her birthday day out the next day. This is just a typical example of the caring hosts they are. |This is honestly the best place you could hope to stay in Llandudno if you want peace and quiet but still within distance of the hustle and bustle of the centre. No passing traffic, just the sound of the countryside. We don’t them to...

My husband and I stayed here whilst on a recent short vacation to Wales.||The place is beautiful, wonderful views, so very quiet, and our host John, along with his lovely sister and his 82 year old mother were all amazing. How lovely it was to meet such warm and wonderful people, we felt like we had known them for years.||The breakfasts were fabulous and John made sure that we had a range of vegetarian options. These were all served in our own dining area which also had two lovely sofas and a log burner. The place was just so cosy and a lovely place to rest at the end of a long day of walking and sightseeing ||You are only a short drive from Llandudno town centre and to all the beautiful scenery that lies on its doorstep. John was very helpful and he suggested a few drives and areas that he thought we may like. We had such a wonderful time here, that we even thought of extending our stay. Sadly, work commitments were what held us back.||We would love to come and stay again, preferably for a week at least. Such a beautiful place and...
