We stayed 1 night on Wednesday 14th. On arrival the on screen check in did not work but the lovely lady at reception checked us in straight away. We stayed in the family room which had a double bed, single bed and a pull out single bed, all were very comfortable although I would recommend testing the pillows before going to bed, ours were very hard leaving our necks sore the next morning. However online it did say that we could request a softer pillow if needed which I wish we had done. The shower was incredible (as good as showers can get haha) huge square head and was lovely and warm, didn't want to get out. We dined here on the day we arrived the food started at 6pm and I believe they stopped at 8.30 but don't quote me on that. I had the prawn cocktail to start, 7oz gammon for main and chocolate button sundea for desert, all were 10/10. I will say the poor lady serving us had no knowledge of the food and drinks they served and the prices of items. There were posters dotted around the check in area of cocktails but when we went to order she told us they didn't do them. I asked if they had different brands of alcohol but she had no clue so ended up having a pint of beer (not sure what it was). Parking was free as long as you logged your registration on arrival. When booking the stay we opted for the all you can eat breakfast which was phenomenal, £9.99 per adult and children eat free. We had hot food and part of the continental. Not much around the area, our reason for staying was for leisure purposes, we took our 2 children, on the day of arrival we managed to visit whitesands beach which was beautiful even in the rain and wind and we visited Dr beyons bug farm which we all thoroughly enjoyed and all had the experience of getting up close and personal with the bugs. The day after we visited St davids cathedral which was also so so beautiful, entry is free but they do have a recommended donation of £5 per adult box for the upkeep of the cathedral which we were very happy to pay.
Checking out of the premier inn was simple we just had to pop our room card in a box at reception and off we went.
I would definitely stay here again. But next time in the...

Read moreIf you are planning to stay at this Premier Inn then please take a look at the photos I have uploaded first. Within the first 3 hours of our stay we noticed we had bed bugs on our bed. We notified reception and was asked to send photos we had taken to the email address they provided. We were then given a change of room. The second room looked clean and no sign of bed bugs, until we woke up during the night itching and noticing both my wife and I had been bitten several times. Again we took our complaint to reception who insisted they had checked our previous room and found no sign of bed bugs, making out we were lying! I can assure you we were not. Again we were issued with a third room, which by this time we were so on edge and anxious all we were doing was itching and scratching. I'm so glad to now be home. This hotel has a bed bug infestation and needs to address this issue ASAP. I hate making complaints, but this is necessary to advise anyone wishing to stay here to think twice. The rooms we had were No. 105, No. 5 and room no. 107. Please avoid these rooms as first 2 rooms definitely had an infestation. When looking for bed bugs check inside the duvet cover as well as removing the mattress encasement. We only found 2 bugs on the mattress, the majority of the bugs were within the quilts in both room 105 and room 5. This will be our last visit to any more...
