Such a lovely place to visit. One fee, and you and can travel up and down on the quaint little steam train all day if you like. I love that it is a privately owned place with the owners busy working and so helpful. Dogs allowed , and a wonderful little cafe with pretty much all dietary requirements taken into consideration, lovely cake, and the sweet potato curry was so tasty. There are picnic benches, and a walk down past the train line to other picnic benches too. There is a shop and a museum on site too, so perfect for a family day out.

Absolutely charming period railway cottage, well maintained and any issues immediately dealt with, extremely comfortable queen size bed! The cottage has all you could possible want for a weeks stay, including its owners who welcome you! And are nearby, nothing is an issue, Kay & Nigel looked after us very well, and we could not have been happier.
