Beach Road Chalet Park — Hotel in Great Yarmouth

These chalets are lovely with plenty of space for the kids to play. There is a small park and shops and resturants/bars on your doorstep, but the best thing is the heated swimming pool that is only available to guests staying in the chalets. I have to say Tim who runs and maintains the pool is fantastic. Tim is so welcoming and friendly, he is always walking round and cleaning the pool, checking the Ph levels and chatting to guests. Unfortunately after coming here for 20 years this last visit was not so good. The park it’s self is lovely. The owners are friendly and it’s clean and tidy but the new manager is just awful! Adam (I believe he is called) speaks to people terribly, is rude and abnoxious. Noel and his wife have run the park harmoniously for years and never had a problem but this new manager is just awful.
