me and my famly have been gowing ther for years i am a ten year old and my sister is 22 an ive been gowing ther since i was born but my sister has been ther since she was 8 i love all the staf every year plus caravans are all ways clean pool all ways cool pool slide gowing across the park plus golf cors and racing court night club brilliant cool drinks fun dances plus brilliant arcad food is all ways fresh norrmaly at caravan sights ther are derty toylats but at califonya ther sparcaly clean plus beds are cumfey tvs work brilliantly . brilliant activitys evry day brilliant pace to tack your perants and pets price is ok brilliant place to relax and the beach has a brilliant spliy ove sea shells pink palase th landray the barsket ball court 5 stars this place is WONDAFLL and that is FINAL please is this place is closed during covid i think id rava be locked in a caravan ...

Caravan was good, park had elements on site but I think some Investment is required in the park - need actual parking next to the caravans because when it rains the grass turns turns to marsh land and some more lighting would be good. Only other gripe ok it was end of season and the workmen were getting things sorted but started doing a task then left them - caravans in the middle of the road and on one night there was a caravan on the grass that looked very precariously in my opinion way it was sloping. I'd recommend the Haven sites as first option purely because they have more on site, feel homely the way they have the park laid out and they nail the parking / lighting - something Park Dean could become...

Absolutely Loved it! Caravan was spotless and really modernised beautifully, everyone in the restaurant went above and beyond, So so friendly and welcoming, Lady restaurant manager was brilliant and really informative on the area, Waiting staff again so down to earth and lovely, Food was great too! Really clean and tidy holiday park, Swimming pools were clean and baby pool lovely and warm.
