Relax Furniture at Bretts — Hotel in Ipswich

I have passed by this store too many times and my curiosity got the best of me and I am glad it did. I went inside and found some really nice mid-century modern furniture, but ended up purchasing my dream couch and chair. They both electrically recline and I was able to choose the fabric that suited me and I couldn't be happier. I also bought two end tables and a bedroom dresser. This is solid, excellent quality furniture and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I put money down on the couch, but have since been in and put some more money down so that when its delivered, I will have a low or no remaining payment. We have now used Brett’s 3 times for carpets. Initially we foolishly went to one of the big retail park carpet sellers thinking we would get a good deal but sadly this was not the case. After add ons for underlay, fitting, grippers and glue we ended up paying a lot of money for an inferior product. We then happened to drive past Brett’s and popped in on the off chance. We are very glad we did. There is a great personal service without any pressure and great value for great products. Each time we have used them has been a good experience. Even when an error was made somewhere along the line Fraser went over and above to rectify. We are looking forward to the fitting of our next carpet and will return again for both carpets...

As soon as we walked into the store in Ipswich, we felt relaxed. We had looked in the bigger stores for 2 sofas but they were not the leather quality that we were looking for. It’s a small store that has everything you could want, excellent customer service. The two people who run the store couldn’t have done more to help. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for, 2 beautiful sofas in Italian leather for a good price. We will be returning to order some oak furniture. Another thing in their favour, they are keeping the sofas in their warehouse until we are ready for delivery.
