Ordered a delivery which turned up fairly quickly. However the packers missed the icecream for the cookie dough. Rung the store and spoke with an argumentative worker who finally agreed to send it out and took my address… 50 mins later and had nothing so called back and spoke with a different worker who said they were never going to send it out! I wont be ordering from this place again. Expensive for what it is but the service was despicable! Absolutely disgraceful and they couldnt have cared less. Would avoid at all costs just based on the service!! It also clearly states on the uber eats page that the cookie dough comes with vanilla icecream which is what you get in store as well. The argumentative worker said they only give out ice cream for the cookie dough when you collect, not when you use uber eats or deliveroo which is...

The base of both pizzas was raw in the middle and very unpleasantly doughy. This is a recurring problem with pizzas from the Norwich Road Pizza Hut. Either the oven is not up tp temperature, or, eager to meet time targets, the pizzas are not in the oven long enough. Possibly both. I have spoken to them several times about this and it improves for a bit, then reverts to raw. Possibly change of staff? Possibly they forget the problem! Either way, it does make me think twice about ordering, which is a shame as toppings...
