Bethel — Hotel in Leeds

We stayed here as a couple, and should have read the reviews better before coming. The rooms were basic and the kitchen facilities seemed okay as you would expect for the price, but our primary concern was safety. The group in the room next door to us was partying loudly with music all night and seemed to be using drugs. On our second night there, a woman in the same room began screaming, and we were worried for her and our safety. We got in touch with the contact number, and a member of staff arrived to check on them, and ended up removing them. We felt very unsafe even as a couple, this seems like somewhere people use to party and use drugs rather than actually staying there whilst travelling. We absolutely would not recommend this for solo or female travellers, and won't be coming...

In an okay location wasn't too hard or expensive to get to. The stairs were difficult however. Relatively uncomfortable, window didnt shut properly so it was very very cold but there was a heater at least. Everything was more or less clean and the kitchen is helpful. The shower was gross so didnt use thoigh and the housekeeper was rude to one of us. Whoever i spoke to via booking.com was polite and accomodating however.All in all its a good budget place to go if youre travelling for...

Clean and tidy. The owner made this place with great love.

Quality mattress and quilt in some of the rooms. Spacious rooms.

I stayed here at least 5 to 6 times in different rooms.

Feedback for improvement: Other rooms need mattress upgrade. Quilt cover and bedsheets need proper cleaning. I saw some stains and dirty marks on them.
