Last year disruptive old delayed our flight from Rhodes both our selves and another couple had a £200:00 TAXI RIDE HOME AIRPORT WAS SHUT DOWN SO NO REPS AVAILABLE THAT WAS LAST YEAR. This year hays travel via their "FRANCHISE BRANCH" yes franchise booked an unauthorised holiday in that I went and checked my research for a comparison for a flight and hotel by phone, but the agent decided to book it I received a receipt an hour and a half after puting the phone down. Immediately I read this,I emailed advising I had not agreed to the Price. This was reinforced when I booked the same flight and same hotel £800 cheaper. Getting hold of anyone at Jet2 Is impossible and they are going the right way to alienate this customer. For Jet 2 the booking ref is 3DQXFP. As a lawyer am realy hacked off and am pursuing anyone and everyone involved with this nonsense. Be aware that Hays Touring Ltd and its customer Services /customer relations will not entertain you if you have gone through a franchised branch. I would like to pass on my cancelled flights to friends oh! I forgot the branch have witheld the cost of the flights and hotel and trying to get through to Jet2 is proving impossible by land line...

Jason was brilliant to deal with and sorted the special assistance form for me immediately, he then passed me to Matthew in the special assistance team. He ensured we had the help we needed for our holiday destination, and any airport/transfer issues. As the holiday is for our anniversary, he even refunded our flight seat booking fee, so we could celebrate on Jet2. I have to say what complete professionalism was displayed by both Jet2 employees. Uncomfortable aircraft, routinely delayed, inconsistent standards re hand luggage (I travel light for ease but it seems that others are allowed multiple bags of varying sizes to fill multiple passengers worth of cabin space), extortionate prices for poor quality food, disorganised embarkation and disembarkation, inane and lengthy announcements designed for the IQ of an 8 year old.
