The first time I visited this place with my daughter, the experience was disappointing. From the very beginning, the staff member who attended to us was rude. Her tone of voice was extremely unkind, though I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day. We ordered two soups and an espresso, and she immediately asked us to pay upfront. We complied and paid right away. However, we noticed that other customers didn’t seem to be required to pay in advance. Regardless, we went along with her request. Later, when she brought the coffee to our table, she simply placed it down abruptly without greeting us or showing any courtesy. It felt as though she was doing us a favor. At that point, I asked her what the issue was and whether she was having a bad day, as her behavior—especially bang the coffee onto the table—was unacceptable. I then requested to cancel the order, and while she refunded me, it wasn’t through the same payment method I had used (debit card). Instead, she refunded me in cash.i realized she was very happy and kind with the clients in the other tables. And we never see this lady before ! I am deeply offended . Overall, the service was unprofessional and unkind, and I would not recommend this place too! Reply to the email I have got : Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. However, the fact remains that we were there, and we know what happened. You can even check the security cameras.
The café had some customers at the time, but the waitress in question was treating the other tables very well. However, when it came to us, she treated us with clear disregard, even placing the coffee cup on the table in a harsh manner, as if we were insignificant. I personally felt that, and it was very real.

Read morei echo the recent review about the rude staff at this mediocre bakery. i will come right out and pinpoint that first, it was the black lady manning the cashier -she was cold and unwelcoming from the moment i stepped into the premises! actually, the more i observed even the staff working in the kitchen, the more i realized EVERYONE who worked there at that point looked grumpy. and even though none of them got to bang my coffee and BAP down on my table (like what the other review stated) because i went to the counter to pick my orders up myself, i did notice the black lady had very distinctly curt tone with me whilst using a different, more pleasant tone with the English/local customers.
