We placed an order on their online store on 09/12, hoping that the products would be delivered before Christmas. We didn't get a tracking number, so we decided to just wait and see. My boyfriend tried to reach them on Facebook twice and got no reply. I only got a reply when I posted publicly on their instagram account, after Christmas. I provided the order number, but was told to send an email to them - having to tell the same story once again. They replied saying that they'd refund my card, which thankfully happened nearly a month after the purchase.  I was absolutely baffled by their customer service. First, they didn't update us on the status of our order. Second, we had a difficult time trying to get a reply. Third, if we hadn't contacted them, we probably would be forever waiting for a refund - and I doubt they would reach out to us proactively to give...
