Read moreAbsolutely perfect location and so peaceful. We were even more lucky to have the place to ourselves. We stayed in a shepherd's hut. I'd worried we may get a bit chilly, however we ended up having the windows open in the evening and at night as it was so cosy! Great walks from the doorstep and also a brilliant base for exploring the Cotswolds. The only kind of negatives were...the mattress could have been more comfy and there could do with being a couple more kitchen utensils...a bread knife and a decent sized sharp knife for starters. They weren't game changers though, we would definitely recommend and we will...
Read moreShown into our hut by the owner's mother, a lovely lady, very accommodating, gave us a pint of milk so we could have a cuppa. The huts were built by the owner's father. Lovely little space with welcome warmth from the electric wood burner. Clean and comfortable with just the right amount of modern conveniences. Beautiful remote setting, sheep, lots of pheasants! Outdoor bbq. We awoke to a flat battery on our motorbike. The parents came immediately to our rescue- they took the battery away on the RTV and charged it, then returned it. Lovely people. Cosy hut.
