Mother Bosque Garden has curated a peaceful and welcoming stay for all their guests, I was on the fence about coming here or camping elsewhere and was so glad I did. I camped in early April out back, it was a great stop for me as I was able to catch up on work on their WiFi, wash all my dirty hiking clothes, get a nice hot shower and all of my equipment charged up. Ernesto and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay! This is very much an experience more than a camp ground, if you’d consider yourself high maintenance or are looking for a glamorous experience, this is probably not the place for you, BUT, if you’re passing through on a trip and need a place to rest and reset, look no further :)

We enjoyed 2 nights van camping at Mother Bosque garden. The hosts Ernesto and Michaela literally open their home to you. A vibe of peace and generosity abounds. There were several other campers but we felt we had plenty of privacy. Vans park in their level driveway and it felt safe and quiet. We used their bathroom and very serviceable kitchen. You may have a little wait for the bathroom as there may be other campers, same as anywhere. Close to outstanding bike trails, a cannabis dispensary, grocery store. Highly recommended as an urban campsite.

I love love loved my stay here!! Ernesto and Michaela were such amazing hosts. Very kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area. This place is exactly what it sounds like, it's urban camping. Literally in an amazingly decorated backyard with access to the house common areas as well as a bathroom, shower, and kitchen. Thanks again guys, you are both amazing people!! 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you

If you're like me than safety is a big thing you prioritize in travel. I traveled across the country to work the fiesta in town and ofc like any big city Albuquerque has nice and not so nice areas so you need to be aware of that when choosing somewhere to stay. I stayed here for 10 nights. Something I liked about staying here compared to a hotel is as a young female traveler especially is I felt very safe and wasn't worried about my car or any of my belongings the whole stay here which was awesome. Its very unorthodox which I particularly enjoy in travel. The couple running it are very kind folks and pleasant to talk with which is nice if you wanna learn about the area and what to see. The garden you stay in is in the back and fully fenced in and very well kept and honestly its gorgeous you can tell they put in alot of work in it which was cool to see. Few other nice additions is you can access a full kitchen, laundry room, and full bathroom. Its a very hippy experience and i definitely think this place is worth checking out if you're looking for somewhere to stay and dont wanna pay 100+ dollars a night at a not as nice hotel. Prices are also pretty great compared to anywhere else. you can also pay on venmo or cashapp which at first I was weary about cuz paranoia I know lol but these folks were reliable. Anyways I'd definitely recommend bother bosque gardens and will definitely stay here again whenever im...

My son and I had a lovely stay at Mother Bosque. We traveled through Albuquerque during our cross country move with our dog and cat. We tent camped in a garden spot that got shade til about ten am, then we moved over to the shaded kitchen area and kept cool. We visited with Mikaela and Ernesto, who were gracious and interesting hosts, and allowed us to spend a few of the hottest hours indoors. They pointed us in the direction of the nearby high school/public pool, and the also nearby nature center/state park. We really felt safe and cared for, like we found an oasis in the desert. Their permaculture garden is beautiful, and is a certified wildlife habitat. We enjoyed flora, hummingbirds and artwork there. The place was clean and it was nice to have a shower and use of laundry facilities after camping for days. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful couple and treating yourself to an unforgettable experience camping...
