It has been a while since I have written a review, but I felt it was needed and it was much deserved for this company. I recently used the service of this company to detail my wife's van and I could not be more pleased. Right off it was it easy to set an appointment, and they arrived exactly when they said they would at approximately 7:30am, even sending me a courtesy text prior to their arrival. For context, I have several children, and the van is several years old. When I came home from work to see the progress on the vehicle, I was blown away. The folks that detailed my vehicle are obviously very hard working individuals with attention to detail. The vehicle looked as close as it could to the day I picked it up in the showroom. I plan on using this company for my personal vehicle as well, and will strongly recommend their services to others. My recommendation would be to give this company a chance, you will not be disappointed. What you decide to do is your business, but I personally recommend adding gratuity to the service if you are pleased with the results, because these individuals deserve it for the hard work they will put into...

They detailed two SUVs at my home and made them look brand new—I honestly wish I had taken before-and-after pictures because the transformation was incredible!

My parents hired Masterwash to Detail my daughter's car for her Sweet 16 birthday gift. My daughter had bought a used car from a family who had small children and multiple pets. The car's interior was in good condition but just dirty from years of heavy use. After Masterwash finished, it looked almost brand new!!!! My daughter was so excited to see the transformation.
