Homes 2 Suites have excellent rooms, very spacious and clean. The house keepers and front desk are very friendly, as well. The reason I rated it as 3 is because the breakfast in the mornings were cold and they didn't have much to offer compared to other Home 2 suites that I have stayed at. The food was pretty awful and my 7 yr. Old grandson got sick from it. The other reason I was not impressed was because we had 2 rooms and they claim that the one my daughter stayed in had a huge stain on the pullout bed and want us to pay more money. We had family that visited us when we were there and a very very very small spill happened on the bed, but nothing that couldn't be cleaned. They are claiming that there is a huge stain across the bed. When we all checked out, there was not a huge stain. There was 8 of us and we all saw it before we left and it was just a very small spill that you could hardly see. Now they want us to pay for a whole night to cover the cost of the mattress and the manager who called my daughter after we left was very very rude and wouldn't even let my daughter explain. He kept cutting her off and said he didn't have to hear what she said. My daughter is a housekeeper at another Hilton and would never ever leave a room with a huge stain without telling someone. So if you want to stay at this hotel, expect cold food and don't have any accidents in the room, because they will...
Read moreHands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I flew in to stay in the Maryville area for a week and a half and ended up in a less than stellar hotel. The hotel was so bad that I had to quickly look for another one and cancel that reservation. The second I walked into this Home2 Suites, I was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating lady at the front desk Who let me know right away that they have room and gave me a tour of the whole place. She also got me a great rate as a honors member. The experience of the hotel can really make or break a vacation. Hotel is new and very clean, smells great, has a great floor plan for the suite and I cannot rave about how great this stay has been. Upbeat atmosphere with fire pits in the front and back, a really nice gym, and welcoming front entrance area. This should actually be a 3.5 star hotel. They didn't skimp on anything and really know their stuff when it comes to the customer experience. I've decided that I want to try to look for Home2 suites wherever I visit with an almost 4 star experience at a great price. Highly recommend, I do not regret changing to this hotel at all I only wish I had...
Read moreMy husband frequently travels to Tennessee on business and I have started coming with him on his longer trips. I have been very impressed with the level of service and hospitality at this particular hotel on many of my trips there. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. One particular manager/front desk clerk always remembers that I have to limit my caffeine intake and makes sure that the breakfast staff has a ready supply of decaffeinated coffee for me during my stay. I greatly appreciate that and other special touches, including a toaster in the room and a cooktop and skillet that they have available upon request for people like me who have medical dietary restrictions and usually have to eat in rather than dining out when travelling. The cleaning staff are wonderful and are quick to provide whatever you need, from more facial wipes to extra decaffeinated coffee for your room. I would highly recommend this hotel as having the best amenities in a welcoming environment with super friendly and...
