Booked online with credit card, but when got there couldn't use digital check in and had to pay at the desk. Not sure why they didn't charge my credit card when I reserved online. It was fine, I didn't get charged twice. I received an email a day before check in. The email said I could check in a day early, I guess so the room would be ready, but it didn't work, I tried again at check in and it still said unavailable. So disappointed I went to the desk to check in and pay for room. I didn't like the setup, of how when you walk in you have to see people at the desk. It's like a requirement to say hi. I personally like to check in digitally and go to room without contact. I will choose a different hilton next time, there were like 4 including this one. I chose this one because it was the newest. Overall I sympathize the hard work maintained the cleanliness overall 4 stars, you just needed to work on your people skills, Word of wisdom to the front desk you would need to treat all of your guest equally with kindness and respectfully and be more optimistic key word treat all of your guest equally the same.
