Subway — Restaurant in Ames

I ordered food ahead of time for pickup. I had ordered a steak and cheese wrap. When we picked up the order and got home I opened my rap the steak was cold, the rap was not wrapped properly it was left open on one side a lot of the vegetables the meat and the cheese fell out, it had spinach on it which I did not ask for. I called and spoke to a staff member named Stephanie and inquired about the meet she said that they do not heat up steak. When I tried to ask her about it she was rude and I asked when a supervisor would be in so I could call and speak to them. She said I don't know you'll just have to call back. I said can you please check the schedule and let me know so I know when to call back and she refused and just said I would have to call back some other time. I'm not one to write reviews, but I highly encourage people to read the reviews of this place. It is still going on. Today when I got my sandwhich the lady complained under her breath "There are too many people and they need to go away." It was 4pm and a total of 5 customers inside. As I sat down to eat my sandwhich she complained about her problems about other employees to customers. After everyone but me left, she then decided to take a 10 minute personal call. Yes she was doing stuff in back preparing food, but the customer seating area was a mess. I hope a manager will read this and try to help improve this location. I ordered through door dash and the store was out of milk. Whatever fine. I picked apple juice as an alternative. It got here and I didn’t think I needed to check the expiration date but clearly I did. My toddler drank over half of it and then I noticed it expired MAY 30th 2022. So over a month ago. So I guess make sure you check expiration dates when eating at this store. Makes me wonder what else...
