I will never stay at this place again as long as Erika is the manager. This lady is absolutely awful and knows NOTHING about customer service and how to treat PAYING guests. I will also be sending an email to corporate about her. She comes across very benign and friendly at first and as long as everything goes as planned. But people please please don’t be fooled because there is nothing nice about her. We came to town to enjoy a local festival they have every year. Our friends booked a suite so that they can have two separate bedrooms apart from their daughter. When they arrived they were told by Lanelle ( the front desk employee who was absolutely Wonderful and kind) that their room was leaking and that they rebooked them in a regular room. My friends explained that that would not work because they had paid for a room with 2 bedrooms. Lanelle contacted Erika over the phone. Erika said all she would do was give them some points. My friends did not want that. So Lanelle calls Erika back. Erika then begins yelling through the phone. (We could all hear her )She stated “what part of what I’m telling them do they not understand ! “ So now my friends are upset and felt that they were not being heard or treated respectfully. After a lot of back and forth Erika agreed to book them two seperate rooms( one for the daughter and one for them) but here is the kicker ! She made them PAY for both rooms ! They should have just had to pay the same amount they would have paid for the original booking. It was just all around a disgusting customer service experience from her . I will never stay here again and I will be telling all of my friends to avoid this place when they come into town. Unless of course they get rid of Erika. Don’t stay here because of anything goes wrong , and Erika is there, your money will be taken and you will be disrespected with...

My recent stay at TownePlace Suites Asheville West was absolutely outstanding, easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment I checked in, the friendly and enthusiastic staff made me feel incredibly welcome and genuinely excited about my visit. I had a very specific room request, and the front desk associate who checked me in went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Their dedication set the tone for the entire stay. My room was, without a doubt, one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever received from a hotel chain. It was spotless and meticulously maintained, which truly made a difference. Plus, my request for extra towels was fulfilled almost instantly, showing their commitment to guest comfort. The entire property and grounds were pristine, and every staff member I encountered went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. What truly impressed me was how the hotel anticipated my needs. My room faced some nightly road construction, but the hotel had already installed a white noise machine to help mitigate any disturbance. This proactive approach to ensuring a peaceful guest experience was incredibly thoughtful and speaks volumes about their attention to detail.
