EDIT: the owner reached out and graciously offered a refund on the plants. Upon returning to the store, I saw that they had a lot more healthy succulents and decided to get two more plants instead of having them refund my money. Staff was very kind and helpful and I appreciate them fixing their mistake.

I haven't visited this store in a while but I bought a couple of plants there today that I wish I would have inspected more closely before purchasing.

One of the plants has powdery mildew on it, and the string of dolphins I purchased (for full price) that was in incredibly rough shape already (I naively thought I could rescue it) was dried out and upon further inspection, i found that it is inundated with mealy bugs. I'm mad that I paid full price for two plants that are going to cost me a lot more to try to rehabilitate. Oh, and they don't accept returns on houseplants. I cannot recommended them for...

Poor customer service, condescension, and misleading signage prevail here. I wanted to buy some mountain pride variety tomatoes. I pulled some tomatoes from the flat directly below the sign for mountain pride (as seen in the picture), but saw these were staked as mountain merit. I then asked an employee if these were the same or a totally different variety. They avoided the question and I had to ask 3 more times before I finally got a straight answer of "no". Their behavior was bizarre, you would've thought I was asking for top secret information. I then ask them if they have any mountain pride tomatoes in stock and they reply very rudely with "no, are you going to buy these tomatoes or not?". When there's as much competition in the area as there is I'm not sure why customers would be treated like this, so congratulations, you've lost a customer today and I'll be discouraging others from doing...

I called and kindly asked if they had a specific product. The original person put me on hold. Then a man answered the phone and said " we don't have it okayyyyy"... He repeated okay a few times. I said okay and then wanted to ask about another product because it's a 45 min drive for me. He hung up before I spoke though. He was speaking down to me and In a nasal rude voice with attitude as if he was annoyed and then hung up on me". I would NEVER SPEND A PENNY at this place because apparently they have no value for my becoming a new customer. I was highly insulted enough to spend precious time writing this review. Don't go to this shop unless you want to Be subjected to possible rude behavior. I think they are riding on the coat tails of what the original founder, who passed away this year, built. Very offensive employee! Be mindful mister rude employee okayyyyyy okayyyyy...
