EDIT: I received an email from I would imagine is the hotel staff. They are still trying to blame my group for plugging something in to the outlet to cause the outlet to short out. It is a faulty outlet! This is just another example of why you should not stay here, ZERO accountability! If you are looking for a room that has great access to the highway, but don't care about your comfort, safety or how you are treated, this place is for you! You know the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover", well ignore that. I reserved five rooms for our trip. All five were hot and smelled of musty air. Forget about comfort while trying to use the toilet as they installed them under the counter. Yes, they cut the counters to fit the toilets. Broken toilet paper holder held together with sheet metal and screws. Then came the worst. Power goes out at night in one of the rooms due to a faulty outlet. At first, front desk stated my group can stay in the room overnight without power. When I told her that was not an option, they said they are sold out (parking lot said otherwise) and could not give another room. Front desk lady calls the manager, and I speak to him on the phone and he is yelling at me, the customer and says and I quote "Did the power work when you checked in? It's not my problem and there is no refund for the night". I asked if he was the manager and he said yes, and the maintenance guy would not be in until 9am and he refused to come in to even look at the problem or reset any breakers. I put the phone down and told the front desk they better fix this tonight. I go check on my group and when I came back down, somehow they had a room empty right down the hall. Come the morning when the manger was is, he denied ever speaking to me and said I had talked to the maintenance guy. He was bold yelling at a customer over the phone, but when face to face, he made up a false story. Pure example of poor customer service and even worse example of someone who calls themselves a manager of a business.

Traveler Beware! What a disappointment! We travel often and have stayed in many pet friendly hotels. After driving all day we finally arrived to be told that the room we booked and prepaid with 3 beds was NOT pet friendly. It was not listed either way on the site. We were downgraded to a room with 2 beds and we did NOT receive any money back. There was a $20 difference between the rooms. The room we stayed in overnight was dirty, moldy, and smelly. We had to settle since the first room smelled like there was a dead body recently removed. It was a smell that made us gag. My description of our second room can't do it justice, look at the pictures. It was dirty and in need of basic repairs. The travel app that we used would not refund us and we were absolutely exhausted with limited options. We were also overcharged for the pet fee on top of not refunding us anything for the smaller room. We had a charge on the night we came and on the day we left. Be cautious and pay attention to your receipt! The breakfast layout area was very limited and an ‘out of order’ sign hung from the juice machine. When I complained about our room the man at the front desk acted surprised and that's about it. This is the first review I've ever left for any hotel and as I said, we travel quite a bit. It was that horrible. The Wyndham name no longer has the same meaning to our family! Date of stay: April 2023

This is a fairly priced hotel. The staff is nice and quick to get you checked in and will make sure you get your receipt. I walked out of the main office without mine and the desk clerk ran after me to make sure I got my receipt. The hotel offers a selection of smoking or non smoking rooms which it appears the smoking rooms are the ones who's doors open directly to the parking lot and non smoking rooms are located in the interior hallways of the hotel. The cleaning staff has been skimping on the dusting but the hotel did have a sign up stating they were experiencing a staffing shortage at the time so don't hold that entirely against them as the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. I would say their carpet choice was a bit chaotic and distracting to the eye, but that was a minor issue at most. The AC units could also probably use some servicing the one in my room worked but deffiently felt like it was not fully keeping with the heat. There is a Dennys right next door which is convient for a food. But your within walking distance of other food options and walmart if you need anything. If your looking for a cost effective stay for vacation or busniess travels this would be a good option.
