Very new Hotel with wonderful staff. The front desk staff is always eager to help, guide and even chat with you about things to do. House keeping staff is detail oriented and very helpful with anything that you might need. I believe because this hotel has an awsome GM. She is kind compassionate and very detail oriented. (Their breakfast serving woman is awful to deal with. She would not take care of people with allergies or people with dietary ristrictions. Fresh fruits will rott by 8:30, She doesn't care as she is a meat and cheese woman. I think she has never stepped out of Green Bay and is happy with just meat and cheese. I hope they cange the woman and hire someone who understand hospitaltiy) We were there July 4th week and place was packed. still the place didn't look it was going to fall apart. It was seemless smooth operation. Their breakfast has typical American breakfast, that too when you are in a Dairy land they will have all sorts of Dairy loads. I think Corporate office must take note about loads of foreign travelers that come for PGA or LPGA will be looking for healthy Vegetarian and vegan options. They have very little. If one is Vegan and doesn't eat Sugar, forget about anything. Happy hpurs are pure Sugary junk from some wholesale place. All Sugar Sugar Sugar...It defeats the purpose of staying at a place where breakfast is included. I believe it is all corporate policy...So who ever is reading this review from corporate office please pay attention...Having a new fancy place without keeping up with the changing eating habits of new generation is not the Mantra for growth. As this is the last Marriott property with Kitchens before Door County, We made this place our base and we travelled to places in door county WI. We enjoyed the lake and cerry picking life and comfprtable clean place to come back to. This is our Home away from Home in Door County WI The hotel is close to FOX rive and has good trail to walk around and enjoy nature. See the pictures attached

This hotel was by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. From cleanliness, cost, and spaciousness. It was everything you can ask for in one night of hotel stay away from home. Price: $80/night 5 stars Cleanliness: Absolutely COVID safe 5 stars Breakfast: Free, fully prepped and bagged at your request. 5 stars. Staff: Courteous and Professional. 5 stars. Parking: Plenty available on property. I drove a Ford Expedition with a 14 ft trailer and parked on the side with no issues. 5 stars. Room: spacious, great lighting, good space to do laptop-work, full kitchen, and large functional shower. 5 stars.

My recent stay at the Marriott Residence Inn in Green Bay, Wisconsin, was nothing short of fantastic. The staff's friendliness and exceptional service truly stood out, making my experience memorable. The well-appointed suites were spacious and provided a cozy retreat. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, offering a diverse selection of delicious options. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the local attractions. Without a doubt, I highly recommend the Marriott Residence Inn in Green Bay for a superb and comfortable stay.

Nicole Ellis who works the front desk is very rude and has a bad attitude! She wouldn’t even let me have my packages that had arrived for me. She refused to give them to me. I had to have someone else retrieve them for me. I should have called the police on her. If I kindly asked her for toilet paper, towels, etc she acted all mad about it. I guess it was probably because she didn’t want to do her job, as she was always on her cellphone! I had made several complaints about her to Ashley Prichard the Executive Housekeeping Manager and she did not do her job either! The rudest and most unpleasant worker there is Christine Sigler the General Manager. I had gotten locked out of my room because I had forgotten my key card. I went up to the front desk and explained to her I needed a spare key card to get into my room and she said I need to see your ID. Everything was in my room such as all of my personal belongings, car keys, purse, and ID. I said my ID is in my room. She proceeded to argue and give me a major attitude. I reported Nicole, Ashley, and Christine all to the main headquarters in Maryland for the mistreatment I received! Right after upon reporting them and starting a complaint against them they kicked my boyfriend and I out of the hotel. They gave us a 3 hour notice before we had to get out. We had a house fire on October 26th and they all knew that, but they lied and said we were rude to them and that they had several complaints against us. They never once said anything to us about having complaints. They kicked us out purposely because they knew we reported them to the main headquarters. The main headquarters in Maryland never did call me back as they said they would. There’s an investigation going on and the front desk woman named Nicole should be fired! Along with Ashley and Christine the General Manager. I had just gotten back from errands and she was just sitting down on some ledge or something sitting on her cellphone. I noticed it stated it’s a smoke free hotel, so I nicely went up to her and asked her, isn’t this a smoke free hotel?, she snidely said it is. I told her I smelled a very large amount of marijuana fumes down the hall close to my room! I know she could smell it, because I could immediately and it made my eyes burn. She told me go tell the front desk. I said I’m telling you, you’re the General Manager! She didn’t care and they not once had told us there was any complaints made against us! We were very friendly with all of the staff! Not once did they ever mention there was any complaints made against us. And we were there for 2 weeks and they said nothing about us being rude or anything about complaints! They just said those lies about us because we called the corporate headquarters and open a complaint against them that’s when they canceled our reservation that we were supposed to move into at 3:00 pm. So I had to miss my appointment with one of my Specialist doctor’s because of the very untimely notice! DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!! Don’t bother contacting Maryland either, because they don’t care as well! I spoke with two people from the Maryland headquarters who both promised me I would receive a call from someone regarding the matter! They NEVER called!! Unprofessional staff, management, and main...

Just lost our house to a fire and my employer put us up here. At first everything was great. Room was nice. Vinny was awesome!! Upbeat, polite and very friendly. Can’t say enough good about him. Luiz was also very attentive. No problems until we had to deal with Nicole, Ashley and Christine. We mentioned to Ashley that Nicole was being rude and she actually talked to Nicole about it. It didn’t matter because nothing changed. They were rude to my girlfriend for no reason. They made everything hard for her. Like if you need something, isn’t that what they are there for? Snarky comments and attitude that just wasn’t needed. One day there was a strong presence of pot that actually set off alarms for a good portion of the day. Christine Sigler the GM was sitting on her phone in the hallway, so we mentioned it and her response was “tell the front desk” Umm, you’re in charge but I guess you don’t want to handle the situation. You would think she would have said, I’m taking care of it. Sorry for any inconvenience. I heard of no issues from the hotel about us at all. We keep to ourselves. They never said anything to me about anything. That is until we were to switch rooms when insurance was to kick in for us. Then I get a text from my insurance that our reservation was cancelled. 2 hours before we had to check out and back in. So we were forced out and had to scramble to find another place to stay. What a slap in the face. Never once did I hear of an issue with us. They are now trying to twist the truth and accuse us of being rude? Seriously, they must feel guilty about something, so they try to divert the blame back at us. I left for work before 5am and get back after 6pm. I know they had attitude, but I never saw that coming. I know for a fact we were not rude to any staff. There are other reviews that agree that there is a staff attitude problem, and I am pretty sure I can name them. Marriott you need to do something with these people. You have a good place there if you get rid of the bad eggs. I’ve never been so disappointed. Nothing like getting kicked when you’re at your lowest. No compassion whatsoever. I would love for any of those 3 to walk in my shoes for a day and see what it’s like. See how they would feel. Lose everything you ever had and get treated like trash. It DISGUSTS me that they act like they do. They are not holier than thou. What happened to professionalism? I deal with customers everyday and I don’t disrespect any of them. It’s not what you do as a human or someone that deals with customers. The customers are your livelihood. You have nothing without them. You treat them with respect! They need a lesson in basic human decency. I have NEVER BEEN SO OFFENDED IN MY LIFE!!! You call them out on it and you get the boot. Nothing like getting kicked out for bringing an issue to attention. Ridiculous!!! Man up and own your mistakes! ||Like I said, Vinny and Luiz were great! They deserve recognition for their actions and attitudes. Promote Vinny to GM and that place would be the best. Keep what you have...
