Update: did attempt to call store to check on previous order and left vm, no response back. Had fiancé just go pick up jacket and pants that were already purchased, they did refund the shirt. End of update.
Not impressed anymore. The new(?) staff seems to push you in and out the door, doesn't seem to recognize you no matter how many times you've been in there. Wedding is in less than 3 months (Oct 4th) and now having issue upon issue with wrong shirt for groom in tablet and ordered, groomsmen tuxes still NOT ordered, was told they do it a month before when previously was told by former staff Noah that they'd be ordered 4-6 months prior. And was told they'd be ordered by June, fittings were done in April and May. Also ordered a belt and they seemed clueless on it, but is in the tablet under the wedding party order information. When I mentioned that the shirt was wrong the guy simply said well that's what was in the order but what do you want? And is this under a wedding? I said yes, the other gentleman had pulled it up onto the tablet before having to step away to assist another customer. Also when the groom's tux came back from alterations wasn't offered to try on to make sure it fit correctly. The fear of them telling us that the groomsmen tuxes arent ordered yet is not everyone is the same sizing and what if alterations need to be done? Read more13 yrs ago, we went through Jason Louis for my buddies wedding. The customer service, attention to detail, the organization- all impeccable. Fast forward 13 yrs to my wedding? The place is an absolute joke, and I will never go back. We bought 8 custom suits. You would think that would be kind of a big deal for a store? Nope, it's like they were just born yesterday. When we went for the initial fit, everything seemed fine. Then when we got the message that the suits were in and that we had to come back in for the final fitting, it was a downward spiral. We had ordered specific ties for each suit. When we asked? They had no clue. I had ordered a vest with my suit, when I asked? They forgot to order it. I also ordered two white shirts, they had no clue about that either... Really ? This is 2025. After everybody had final measurements, they went off to be hemmed. A week later we got a message saying that they were all ready for pick up. I sent my brother to get them being that he lives in G.B. - it just worked. He arrived thinking that it was a thanks, grab them and go? Well, nothing was ready or steamed, specifically my white shirts, that they took out of the package in front of him. According to their txt, how is that ready for pick up? To top it off, they say that the last suit might not be ready by the 22nd? The wedding is the 21st! Read moreI really wanted to like this place but I just don't. My fiance and I went in to purchase his suit for our wedding. I called ahead to make sure we didn't need an appointment which I was told I did not. As we waited, I noticed what a disaster the place was. There were racks of suits that were reserved for upcoming events out on the floor without any protection. There was a back counter that had all kinds of "stuff" scattered about. The tie table was a mess with random things laying on it. Shipping boxes with shirts in them out on the sales floor. At this point, we should have just walked out. But like I said, I wanted to like it. When we were finally helped. I told them which color I liked. We were not shown any other shades of that color or style or what the vest and pants looked like. He went right to the rack to find a coat that fit. He took exactly 2 measurements - neck and shoulder. He put us down to order a 3 piece suit. How do you order a 3 piece suit without taking measurements for the pants? We also didn't know how much the suit would cost. We felt EXTREMELY rushed.
