Came in at 615pm, had 45 mins before they closed. We were working with Tristen.. which he was really rude. He stated if we got phones now all he could do was ensure they were making calls before we left. We couldnât come back a different time as it was the last day of the sale on the new iPhone 14s. He wouldnât let us enter our iCloud info & set the iPhones as new iPhones. He took my old phone as I had to give that back to upgrade⌠& erased it. Had no idea if my iCloud backup would even workâŚ. So this was a little uneasy feeling. He had to ask about 5 times why I wanted just the pro vs the Max like I was on trial with endless questions like itâs what I want⌠does it really matter? With setting up our phones as new iPhones connecting to iCloud wasnât properly backing up the phone with apps and such. Had to completely reset the new phones and start from scratch. We bought screen protectors too. In all the years associates always apply them for us. He sat there & came up with excuse after excuse why he couldnât apply them for us which is frustrating. I bought a case prior, that I wanted to exchange 3 days later. Because the packaging had a small âtearâ in it from getting it out he wasnât sure I could return it even though they had a 15 day return policy, so that was another argument. Not sure if I will return to this location again because of this poor customer service. Which is unfortunate as we are 5 mins away from this location. Never had such rude service dealing with...
   Read moreI was a walk-in customer with an idea of what I wanted to get from my account. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I let him know what I wanted and was shown the options of my particular item (storage). I was also told about a deal that was going on at that point in time, which was a great offer. I was helped in a timely manner and was told what I needed to know in regard to the changes in my account. Paperwork was given, and other gadgets to go with my new iPhone were shown and communicated on how they'd help and work. Like a new charger that accepted C charger cords as well as the iPhone charger. So I can charge the iPhone and an android or tablet at the same time. So 2 ports and fast charging.    Read moreI used to like this company. But they have let the customer service is terrible now. I came into the main Cellcom building. And wasnât even acknowledged. The 2 working were busy with other customers. And neither one said a word to me. One even walked by with a customer and totally ignored me. I came back 2 days later and same thing happened. I decided to leave cellcom and go to a new provider. I was a cellcom customer for over 20 years. Not sure why I stayed too long. There are better companies out there.
