If I could give this place and their customer service department zero stars I absolutely would! My husband and I purchased a home and heard nothing but great things about Jordanās furniture so we took the leap of faith and got an amazing sales rep Ryan who helped us fully.
6 months after our purchase of our $3,000 bed frame that was complete SOLID wood, completely broke. I then reached out to customer service as we were not even able to use the bed frame and had to take our mattress and sleep on the floor for almost 2 weeks while I am currently 9 months pregnant! Jordanās solution was to ārepairā the bed and when they came out to ārepairā our $3k bed frame they thought it was acceptable to drill 3 additional holes into our furniture and load the new holes with wood glue and then use a 1x1 piece of lumber to support the bed! I then called and reported this unacceptable behavior and unprofessional business they had done. The customer service representative told me āthis is acceptable and that the wood needs to stay there for supportā.
I then requested a manager and advised of what was going on, that manager had a little bit more sympathy and advised she would be frustrated as well and would not accept this resolution as well and offered to replace the damaged bed rail. A week after that call we got our replacements and when the delivery team came out to replace the bed rails, they neglected to support the headboard or footboard⦠causing the headboard and footboard to come crashing down on the metal center beam breaking one of the feet on the metal support as well as causing significant damage to the headboard and footboard! They thought they could take another piece of 1x1 and a dirty napkin that was covered in some substance and stuff it under the broke foot that supports the center beam! The two delivery guys neglected to tell me they damaged the bed even more and just pretended nothing ever happened but they were caught on our baby cam!
I then called and reported this to the customer service manager who advised she would replace the whole bed at this point since this is unacceptable. The following week another delivery team came out to replace the bed again and came to me to tell me that the footboard they had was damaged as well and asked me if I still wanted it! I proceeded to tell them I do not want a damage piece of furniture! I advised the delivery team that I would rather them replace EVERYTHING all at once instead of piecing everything together and unscrewing bolts every time as things over time are going to get lose and things will happen. Delivery team got mad and ignored my request. Had to call management who told them to take everything they brought back out and that they will only be replacing and installing the new bed ALL AT ONCE.
We then called and complained about how we have been very inconvenienced and have lost money every time they come out as I have to watch them like hawks. My husband and I have tried to contact corporate to get some sort of refund on our Jordanās credit card as we have been inconvenienced so much and our furniture we bought was not cheap either and the most these customer services āmanagersā are willing to do is give us a $200 or $300 credit towards our Jordanās card! This is absolutely a slap in the face and unacceptable! I will never refer anyone to this place, you are better off shopping at big lots with the quality furniture you get. And mine as well contact the circus for the customer service you receive when reporting issues with their product!
As of today we called in again to speak to the head of the department of customer services where we were refused to be transfer to anyone higher than a āmanagerā spoke to a gentleman named Andrew who stated this āofferā $200 or $300 credit and getting the items replaced is an outstanding offer and he does not think any more of a credit could be done š I will not contact their customer service department again because the people that work there are incompetent! I absolutely refuse. I had to say I didnāt break the bed. The bed was delivered from you guys broken, and absolutely refuse to pay for delivery and taxes on the exchange all those fancy commercials that you see on TV all the game mix as the end of it all they screw over their customers my suggestion shop anywhere but there if you wanna have a good experience it is absolutely the worst experience Iāve ever had with a business. When I purchased the bed, I paid a total of almost $5000 for a king size bed with a power base and it doesnāt matter how much you spend. They still would find a way to screw you over if thereās an issue. Do not I repeat do not shop there. Not even an apology for the trouble no discount on some other item if you choose to purchase something in the future, nothing they still try to get more money out of you to exchange a defective broken product that they sold you.
