Well, I must say, I was nervous about getting a spray tan. I’ve never had one before and I have fair skin. Sam did an awesome job reassuring me that she could get me the look I was looking for. She was very thorough on explaining the process and what needed to be done afterwards. She did an awesome job with the spray tan and I was very pleased with how it turned out. Considering the amount of good reviews, I was very disappointed with my experience. Nothing was explained to me about the process of cleaning the beds and where to put used towels/goggles and there was very little signage. The beds and rooms are insanely hot. Additionally, I was not informed that I would have to manually stop the bed at my desired session time DESPITE being asked how long I wanted my session to be before going in. 15 minutes into the 8 minute session I requested, the bed finally shut off. I have called there 5 times and each individual that answered was very helpful and said they would pass it along to the manager since she was in charge of the spray tanning I have yet to hear back. We will find somewhere else to go they lost 4 clients. This is for a wedding and trying to go through our checklist and get this done and that was explained to the receptionist Whose name was steph.
