This place is running itself into ground. Last month we got burnt pizza over an hour late and when the were asked to remake the order, they FORGOT US. We had to call after an hour of waiting and had to wait another hour for them to show up. The Manager said he couldn't refund orders (which is crazy) so he'd give my husband and I each credit on our accounts for $20.00 so our next order would be covered. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again tonight. First issue, the credit was only added to my account, nothing to my husband. So we were shafted on that one. AND they tell us that manager isn't there anymore. Ugh. So we order with the one credit and after they apply the credit, they say they can't deliver cause it's less than $16, their delivery minimum. Like seriously people? So my husband says he'll save them the trouble and go pick it up because btw we're less than 5 minutes from the store. So he goes to get the order and they screwed it up again!! Wrong crusts, horribly cut, half the cheesey bread had no cheese. The New Manager said he'd add us another credit...sure yah will. His excuse for the issue was, "Sorry, I'm having a rough night." Really??? My Recommendation: When ordering from this store, call and check to see if the Manager is emotionally prepared to complete your order before actually...
Read moreIn our experience, the food is perfectly fine, and if you're not swayed by bad reviews about management or employee attitudes or the poor state of an old and ill-maintained shop (I know I haven't been, because I don't care that much, and who knows, might be corporate's fault) then go for it. But if you have Pizza Hut loyalty program points to redeem for any free stuff, redeem them at a DIFFERENT location if you can help it. Save it up for an outing to another town. Because every single time we've tried to use our points our order has come to us wrong in ways that seem rather obvious to be a mistake, or the redeemed item is entirely absent. Our theory is the management has a personal issue with making free pizzas/sides/upgrades. And I can kinda get that if it somehow affects you personally, but it..shouldn't, unless you're a franchisee (in which case, because of our oh-so-lovely case of late stage capitalism, should not affect you significantly because you're rolling in more money than you need). I'm just going to hit up some small family owned pizza joints from now on. The occasional free halfway-decent pizza isn't worth dealing with the wrathful aftermath of interrupting somebody's corporate greed and ladder-climbing. I prefer consistently good food from consistently...
Read moreI have been ordering from this location for going on a year now. Frequently enough to have earned several free pizzas with the hut rewards program. Every time i have ever redeemed these points for my free pizza, something was wrong with the order or the free pizza was missing entirely. This time, instead of getting the family combo pasta, they gave us just one alfredo instead of an alfredo and a meaty marinara. Last time our pizza wasnt made, and when we pointed out to our driver that it was missing, he went back to the store to "find" it, and came back an hour and a half later with a piping hot pizza, so clearly freshly made. A few times as well, we DID get a free pizza, but instead of what we ordered they just gave us a plain pepperoni.
I have a hunch that the management of this store is not thrilled about the rewards program and is trying to cut corners and not lose money on people redeeming their points. This is the last straw for me, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Vocelli does deliver to me...
