Springdale Motel — Hotel in Bel-Ridge

🤢🤮🤮🤮🤬If I could give zero stars I would. When we got a room the first week they changed us 280 a week then over $100 of ps4 games and over $50 worth of cash was stolen out of our room. We went and talked to them about it and it stopped but then they started charging us $290 a week plus a $5 charge to re activate our key to our card. Now mind you this place is janky and nasty not to bring up they have bed bugs and there sheets have holes in them and they give you sheets from other rooms that have bedbugs in them. The mattresses are nasty and you can tell the beds are over 10 years old. They don't fix anything and the appliances are going out and they dont want to replace them. They are very rude and disrespectful. They try to barge in your room when you are trying to get dressed. Just wanted people to know this is not a place I would...

This is the worst place if you have any regard for your or your family. There is roaches and bed bugs. I rented a week and on the second day a was awaken with severe itching. I'm body was COVERED in bed bug bites. Immediately went to the office and was greeted with a clearly annoyed (it was nearly 3 am) front desk employees that could not have been any more rude. Stating that they must've come from ME. They offered a new room. As I stool outside in the middle of the night, another tenant was also outside for the same reason. The clerk then showed me a seemingly much nicer room, but upon inspection, I found roaches climbing up the walls. This place was a terrible experience. Having to deal with the bites that itched for days. Having to rewash and dry clean a weeks...

Horrible roaches everywhere. I was tired and needed somewhere cheap. And that's what I got. No bed bugs, just roaches. In the bathroom, in the television, on the table. Had to go the store and buy bug spray, and bleach wipes, carpet is filthy. Keep your shoes, or sandals on, in the shower too. Fridge and microwave was not infested with the roaches surprisingly. Bed was clean as well, they get one star for that. Indian guy told me he can't give me my money back, cause he's not the owner, and the owner is in the hospital. He's a liar. Don't fall for it. If you do have to stay here, go to the dollar store, get bug spray, and disinfectant wipes, and Lysol. $230 for a week Room 115. I've used the whole can...
