Belleville Motor Lodge — Hotel in Belleville

Hi : My name is Sasha Torres this motel its been my favorite place for years but this time i have to change my mind !!

I’m a single mom patient of cancer and i decided to stay in belleville motor lounge with my 12 yrs SON , so was a lil more easy for me while I’m taking chemotherapy so i do not have to be cleaning my apartment or sweeting because i don’t have air conditioner at home .

On October 2 , 2024 i rented a room #60 Everything was ok .

On October 3, 2024 i pay a extra day same room , just when to the office and pay and returned to my room . #60 (no one knock on my door to clean )

On october 4 ,2024 I decided to stay more days and pay again another day was friday . ( no one knocked at my room to clean or change sheets)

On October 5 , 2024 (saturday ) same i pay another day . (Still no one knocked at my door to ask if i want them to clean or change sheets , but still want to stay more day because i was comfortable and my son to .

On october 6 i walk down to the office and ask the lady with the orange hair nicely and respectfully if she can send someone to my room to change the sheets, she was so respectful and nice and told me yes no problems, i was waiting for cleaning service for more that 5 hrs , but when they decide to come the lady who clean the room never change the sheets of the room , she started complaining to me at the room that im not supposed ask to change the sheets because i was staying in the same room that no one else sleep on the sheets just me , tha was ridiculous that i was asking them to change the room , i didn’t say nothing to her because i don’t want to be disrespectful, she told me that they only wash the sheets ones a week ( TUESDAY ) and that i was no special to request to change the sheets 😣🫨😧 I didn’t make any complaints about this situation because i was not in the mood to be making dramas , she was complaining but she came to change the sheet . 😀😀

October 7 , 2024 I decided to stay more days and when to pay and they do not want to rent me a room again , because the cleaning lady when to the office and told the manager that i was talking with other guest about cleanliness and they do not rent me again THE BLOCK MY ACCOUNT SO I CANNOT RESERVE IN THIS MOTEL 🏨 AFTER BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS,JUST BECAUSE THE CLEANING LADY TOLD THE MANAGER THE I WAS TALKING WITH OTHER GUEST ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND ITS NOT TRUE I DID NOT SPEAK ABOUT THE SITUATION WITH NO ONE , THEY BLOCK MY ACCOUNT SO I CANNOT RESERVE AGAIN.

Many things to said and complain but im not going to do it because they block my account but its unfair that i been block to reserve just because i ask if they can change my sheets after many days of staying .

I will like to ask THE OWNER TO FIX THIS SITUATION, I DO NOT DID NOTHING WRONG OR SPEAK WITH NO ONE ABOUT THE SITUATION.

SO BASICALLY IF YOU STAY IN THIS MOTEL FOR MORE THAN 3 DAY YOU CANNOT REQUEST TO THEM TO CHANGE THE SHEETS BECAUSE THEY WILL BLOCK YOU FOR REQUESTING ???

CAN SOME ONE EXPLAIN TO ME , IM SO FRUSTRATED AND EMOTIONAL BECAUSE IM HERE TO HAVE PEACE AND A CLEAN SPACE FOR MY SON AND I FOR COUPLE DAYS AND JUST FOR ASK THEM TO CHANGE THE SHEETS THEY BLOCK ME FOR RESERVE .

I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME HE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT .

4 days for $140 =$560 2 days for $145 =$290 Deposit for control remote $20 =$870

A total of $870 and they didn’t knock on my door for cleaning service , plus i ask them to change my sheets and the told me they only wash sheet and comforter on tuesday …

First : when i went to pay another day was 10:33 and i was already block , before check out i was already block .

Second : you said that you was missing liners , thats another lie . Why i should take burn 🔥 liners , because when i check in the first day both bed had cigarette burning 🤦🏻‍♀️😖😣 waooo i can’t believe i didn’t take nothing from the room but thats the excuses so you guys do not look bad about cleanliness . I remember the b.m.l. from many many years ago, so when I came to town I thought about a smoking room there. Found the number and called, was told $105, I'm thinking they must have made some awesome upgrades. Upon my arrival I go to pay for this room, had what I thought to be a pleasant conversation with the female working at the counter, after I got to my room one would have thought that she checked in an enemy. Upon walking in I noticed that the walls needed to be painted there were white spots all oner the the walls where repairs were made but not a soul thought how that would look to a paying customer. The door didn't reach the floor. The bathroom needed some attention. I couldn't fight the cold in the room so I called the front desk she told me where to locate the thermostat I turned the heat on 80 then went to the store took a shower. Called the front desk because the room was still extremely cold and was told the room needed time to heat up. I said ok and then took a nap, woke up hours later and I thought I was in a freezer. When I called the front desk again the male at the desk said he had a line so I needed to pack my stuff and come down so that he could assign me another room. Unpleasant rooms are dirty,smells like cigarettes,bed was dirty.the hallways were dirty.the bathroom are disgusting.I pay the bill and quickly leave and decide to stay somewhere else.them to saw a bedbug on the wall.if I can give a zero,it definitely deserves it a lot,the receptionist decide to leave a smelly spray but in the end we left that is in human health,paying $140 to be in that garbage dump smelling of marijuana,cigarette,as if it were a gathering of the homeless…

Firstly, I am going to deny you because the lady never offered us a refund. She told us that after we paid she couldn't give us our money back. She did offer us another room but when we saw the unpleasant conditions we left. And so you can see that I'm not lying, check all the negative reviews that you have, and of course you can reimburse me because the truth is that those rooms are disgusting to pay $140 dollars and again I repeat, look at the bad comments that you have. If I had been happy I wouldn't have to do this but the truth is you don't provide a comfortable service for a person who comes to rest with a stink bug as if it were a shelter.
