We were very pleased with the ease of effort it took to set up our private appointment and it was even more convenient when we found out that we could shop on a Sunday, when we had time available, as well. One disappointment with that was that people did just walk in while we were still shopping for our mattress & bed, so it wasn’t exactly “private”. Our salesperson, Jordyn, was extremely knowledgeable in all details of the mattresses, beds and accessories that we were interested in and she took ample time with us as we decided what we wanted. The purchase was hassle free and pickup was easy. All salespeople were helpful in answering our questions during the shopping, purchasing and set up process. We had a great experience at BoxDrop. We were greeted as we walked in the store. There was a no pressure sales environment so we were able to find the right chairs we wanted without being pressured. The prices were up front and final so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Plus the furniture comes with the manufacturer warranty. We probably spent about 45 minutes from walking in to leaving and I would say 40 of those minutes was deciding what chair to go with. The two we selected were boxed up and wrapped in 5 minutes.
