2023 Review 3 out of 5 Service has improved since last time. It doesn't take a half hour to get a basic meal anymore. It still is understaffed to the point of having to use the Kiosk. The special orders have been completely accurate a majority of the time.
2021 Review 1 out of 5 Current management is absolutely abysmal. I ordered a Crunchwrap combo(#4) at 12:09 PM. Over 20 minutes later, I FINALLY got it. Even after waiting that long, both tacos were inaccurate. The Crunchwrap Supreme just piled on the lettuce, I swear it was like half a head of it was on it. No extra beef in sight. I sucked it up because I wasn't about to wait lord knows how long just to get it corrected. The Crunchy Taco that comes with it was even worse since it lacked toppings completely and didn't look like it had any extra beef like I ordered. Thankfully this got corrected, but it shouldn't be that hard to remember how to make a SINGLE Crunchy Taco. Outside of this instance, I've had to wait that long for other lunch orders(same combo as above), and there have been times in the past where the to-go orders were 100% inaccurate; not a single taco was write.
As far as I'm concerned, the current manager has to really improve in the next few weeks to properly MANAGE THE FREAKING RESTAURANT, or step down as manager. Any workers under the manager also have to improve since this is an unacceptable wait time for people dining in the actual restaurant. A FAST FOOD restaurant, places people go to during lunch hour to get a quick bite for the last half of the work day, shouldn't have the same wait time as a SIT DOWN restaurant for the most basic...
Read moreWe were at this Taco Bell on Monday, Sept. 21, 2020. When we walked in the lady up front told us to use the order kiosk. We put our order in and waited and waited, then they realized we were paying with cash and told us we would have to re-order because they didn't have a key to get into the cash drawer. She rudely took our orders and rang it up on the drive thru til. We waited for quite some time before finally getting our food. While waiting we were sitting at one of the tables and were told not once, but twice, very rudely again, that we cannot dine inside. We got out food, asked about napkins and again rudely told they're in the bag. Got out to our vehicle to eat and there were no forks to eat our food with. So had to go in again. Informed them that a would be writing a very bad review. This used to be the good Taco Bell in Bismarck, but has certainly gone downhill. The guy doing drive thru orders was wearing the same gloves to touch money and putting lids on the cups. Restaurant was not clean at all. Saw 4 employees in the store and 3 were grungy and very rude. Will definitely NOT be dining there, (or in our car) again. Would not recommend this restaurant unless you like being spoken to...
Read moreMultiple problems, staff was friendly but cc machine was down, this is understandable but I had limited time to eat and when I got to the drive-through they asked me to wait, so I waited, and then the first thing they say is they can only take cash... if they're said that first I could have left them instead of waiting. Since it was the only place nearby I went and got cash and came back. They quit serving taco bravos, so i ordered tacos and a chili cheese burrito. they asked if I wanted sauces, were out of some of them so I picked from what they did offer and then they didn't put them in the bag anyway (taco bell tacos aren't horrible, but they are far too bland without sauce, and I didn't have time to go through the drive-through again), ate them anyway and got to the burrito which seemed filled more than usual (a potential positive) but didn't actually taste all that great, which is odd because usually the chili cheese is one of the most consistent things to order, with very few ingredients available to screw up. Overall possibly one of the least satisfying trips to taco bell i...
