Subway — Restaurant in Bismarck

The two guys on shift at 6:00 pm 9-8-25 are the worst I've ever ran into I placed two online orders and I place them so I can watch them make them in the store and the guy put ranch on my sub then tried to cover it with mayo and when I caught him he said oh you don’t want ranch? Everything I want on it is on the paper then he threw it away and instead of remaking my sandwich he proceeded to help 4 customers behind me and the other guy gets a attitude and ask me am I a door dasher if not I have to wait because it’s a online order absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced if I see these guys I will not be stopping at this subway again this experience received 0...

Great if you go in store, but don’t order from them for delivery on Uber Eats. I’ve ordered a chopped salad 5 separate times and each time they deliver me a sandwich instead. I even check the receipt and it has no bread option selected on my order. I will double check that I selected the Chopped Salad in the app and it always comes as a sandwich. It’s possible that it’s Uber Eat’s fault for the error it’s is having with ordering salads, the receipt doesn’t specify if it’s a salad or sandwich. Still incredibly annoying. Just a heads up for whoever wants to order a salad...

Definitely not what I was expecting from them... my sub, even though it was toasted, was still ice cold when I took my first bite. Idk how that happens but I guess it does. I also observed one of the workers wipe and pull (I'm assuming hair) off her pant legs while wearing gloves and didn't bother changing them. She just dove right back into topping sandwiches like it never...
